Villa Laura is a detached villa with two apartments, each with completely separate entrances. Each apartment is 120 sqm in size and has 3 bedrooms. Each has air conditioning. The apartments are tastefully and fully furnished.

Special features: The villa is only a 3-minute walk from the bakery and 4 minutes from the supermarket. The nearby center with pedestrian zone, approx. 300 m, can be reached without a car.
There are no high-rise buildings in the neighborhood, only private villas make up the district. There is no through traffic. The main street is designed as a wide pedestrian zone. A variety of small shops, banks, and boutiques line the main street. Several good restaurants and well-kept bars are nearby, where you can sit wonderfully.
The distance to the beach is approx. 450 m. The quiet villa area has great sandy beaches, a pleasant climate, and invites you to excursions in the interesting surroundings as well as to many leisure activities. The villa can be a starting point for bike tours along the coast, into the hilly hinterland, or into the flat beach region. 2 golf courses as well as tennis courts are within a short distance (3 and 7 km).
Mostly private villas characterize the quiet location, which is equipped with all amenities.
Long, gently sloping sandy beaches alternate with intimate sandstone coves and landscaped waterfront promenades.

Since I already knew the location, I knew that it was perfect!
Shopping on foot is not a problem, walking to the coves is not a problem (No, you don't need to look for an underpass or a bridge because of the tracks. You just look, listen, and walk over them), plenty of localities in this area.
We had the lower apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment is spacious and equipped above average. Like our "pre-reviewers," we also noticed the basic shabbiness, but we were able to counteract it through the offered amenities. The "problem" will be fixed next year, according to the landlord. That's why full stars!
We would like to especially emphasize the housekeeper Gabi, also on behalf of the landlord! Housekeeper would be the better term.

Wenn hohe Lustfeuchtigkeit besteht und das passiert öfter, dann muss mehr gelüftet werden.
Mittlerweile ist eine Klimaanlage in beiden Wohnungen eingebaut.

I can only recommend
we spent a few very nice days in Villa Laura. The telephone contact with the owner was very pleasant. When we arrived, the caretaker was already on site and explained everything to us. We had the upper flat and everything was exactly as described. It was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Unfortunately, the weather was not so nice. However, we were able to sit on the covered terrace every day. All in all, we can recommend the villa with a clear conscience. Many thanks to the owners and the caretaker.
