Cosy bungalow in a quiet dike location invites you to relax.
The house will be renovated and newly equipped in September 2017.
All windows have roller shutters. The house is heated with gas heating.
There are two parking spaces directly at the house, one of them with a carport. The public car park is only 500m away
The house has a separate kitchen which is equipped with everything you need.
The living room has a comfortable leather couch with radio and SAT-TV.
There are 3 bedrooms, whereby the first bedroom has 2 single beds
In the second bedroom you will find a 1.40m wide bed and a wardrobe.
The third bedroom has direct access to the garden. A wardrobe, a 1.80m wide double bed, 1 cot and 1 TV are part of the equipment here.
The 350 m² garden is completely fenced with a 1.80 m high fence. For cosy evenings, garden furniture, garden loungers and a barbecue on the covered terrace with patio heater are available.
For the four-legged friends, 6 bowls and a cosy dog bed are available. Please only bring a blanket with you
WLAN is available. You can also make free calls to the German landline network.
There is an infrared heat cabin for 2 people in the garden house.

The holiday home is located in a holiday park directly behind the dyke.
Dornumersiel in East Frisia is one of the most popular coastal resorts in Germany and is located between the coastal resorts of Neßmersiel and Bensersiel, not far from Emden, Norden and Aurich. Here you can experience a pure holiday!
Dornumersiel, in the municipality of Dornum, is a state-recognised health resort.
There is an approx. m² bathing beach with beach chairs and playground equipment. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance. You can explore the sights of the coast on well-maintained cycle paths along the dikes. Various sports and recreational opportunities can be found in the immediate vicinity, such as fishing, swimming, beach volleyball, skating, horseback riding, surfing, hiking and kite flying
The fishing harbour with its crab boats offers the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish directly in the harbour or to go on fishing trips, in addition to the hustle and bustle.
The Mahlbusen offers extensive opportunities for leisure activities (fishing, paddling, pedal boating)
The offer is rounded off by the heated open-air seawater swimming pool and a tennis court.
A reading room with a library, table tennis, a fireplace room, handicraft and work rooms, a children's play barn with lots of play equipment and the tourist information office can be found in the "Reethaus am Meer".
The four-legged friends should not miss out either.
Dornumersiel offers an approx. 3 km long dog walking trail, a dog beach with adjacent fun agility park can be found in Neßmersiel
The connecting road between Dornumersiel and Neßmersiel always runs along the dyke and is a popular dog walking trail.
Cutter trips or excursions with the MS Freia from Dornumersiel are also possible with a dog, as is the guided mudflat walk from Neßmersiel to Baltrum.

Wirklich toll
We had a great time there with three children.
We can really recommend it.
The only downside we have to mention is that there is only a very small area where children can walk directly from the sand into the sea.
The rest is only accessible via stairs.

Pure relaxation!
A week of pure relaxation! The equipment of this house is great!
An absolute highlight is the sauna. Ending the evening in the sauna after a beautiful evening walk is a dream!!!!!
