Description

The 74 sqm large, quiet holiday apartment is located directly on the beach in a well-kept complex with beautiful old trees. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with sofa bed (2 additional beds possible), dining area, equipped fitted kitchen with washing machine, covered balcony, powerful fans, W-LAN Internet flat rate (20 Mbit/s), satellite TV and a safe. Bed linen and bath towels are sufficiently available.
In the spacious residential complex there is a large pool and a small pool for children. At the pool itself you will find sun loungers, a bistro, toilets and a shower. The complex has a caretaker, a gardener and a security service. Intercom system available. Several free garage spaces are available.

The apartment is located on the beach in Estepona on the Costa del Sol. The glamorous Marbella with its famous marina is only about 5 kilometers. Gibraltar is in sight. Super beautiful apartment

The apartment Hacienda II is nicely furnished and very well equipped. Nothing is missing. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean.
A special highlight is the balcony, from which one has a beautiful view of the garden and the sea. It is well protected from sun and wind, so we could sit there wonderfully at any time of the day.
The neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant.
The location of the apartment is ideal.
Parking spaces were plentiful. The contact with Ms. Riemer was very nice and warm.

Everything is great!

We were there with our adult children and felt very comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the beach and swam extensively in the sea every day. The beach seems endless and is never crowded. From the balcony and one bedroom, the view goes directly to the beach and the sea. We loved sleeping with the window open and only hearing the sound of the waves. In the other bedroom, you look into a green oasis. At the pool, there is a small bar where you can have delicious meals at lunchtime and in the evening. However, you can't hear the bar in the apartment. The apartment is very well equipped. Everything has been thought of. The kitchen and air conditioning are new. There are restaurants right on the beach. The promenade along the beach invites you for wonderful walks. You can walk all the way to Estepona. The town is beautiful and has everything you are looking for. Many thanks also to Mrs. Riemer for the excellent support. We had a great vacation and would love to come back.

Beautiful apartment by the sea

We spent a week here and will definitely come back! The apartment is equipped with everything necessary and super clean. The beds are very comfortable. We hardly ate out because the view from the balcony is so beautiful 😊
The beach is easily accessible through the garden, and there is a lovely pool in the complex. There are ample parking spaces (outside and in the garages).
Mrs. Riemer is available at any time for questions and issues. We can only recommend the apartment.

Everything was very good, clean, bright apartments, great sea view, great vacation with family and children! The sea is clean, the air is fresh, you can sleep with the windows open without air conditioners! A good fish restaurant is nearby. One thing that I didn't like (it has nothing to do with the apartments!) is walking dogs on the beach and bathing them in the sea, of course it is necessary to pay attention to the owners of the dogs for their disrespect to vacationers, but in the end this issue should be resolved through the City Council, because simple appeals and comments do not affect animal owners!!!

Pure relaxation

During the Easter holidays, the four of us spent our vacation in the beautiful apartment. The view of the Mediterranean every morning during breakfast on the balcony is a dream. The apartment is excellently equipped, and there is nothing missing. We slept very well, especially in the bedroom facing the sea. The sound of the waves is almost addictive. The facility is well maintained, and you can relax on the sun loungers by the pool or have something to eat and drink at the pool bar. The Chiringuito Sonora Beach is also highly recommended. The cocktails and the food are excellent. Everything is freshly prepared, but it costs a little more. We felt very comfortable. The temperatures in April were very pleasant at around 25 degrees. There are many sights worth visiting, such as Ronda, Gibraltar, and Tarifa. We also liked Estepona, Marbella, and Malaga. The vacation was the right mix of relaxation and impressions for us. In addition, the friendly advice and briefing from the hostess contributed to the success with good tips. We fell a little in love with Andalusia and this beautiful apartment by the sea, and we will definitely come back.

Great view of the sea

The most beautiful thing about the flat is one of the bedrooms with a large window facing the sea. If you want, you can leave the window open and fall asleep to the sound of the sea; you won't hear anything from the nearby coastal road. The flat is located in a very well-kept, green complex. Small two-storey white houses form a spacious area around the swimming pool, directly by the sea. We found the flat clean, well-maintained and well-equipped. For larger purchases you need a car, but a small grocery shop for basic needs can be reached on foot via the beach promenade in about 20 minutes. There are also restaurants and bars on the beach for evening meals. Málaga, Marbella, Tarifa, Ronda and the white villages are within easy reach, so that the flat is not only ideal for a beach holiday, but is also suitable for discovery tours. The contact with the landlady was great.

Beautiful holiday flat directly by the sea under palm trees

We spent 2 weeks in the middle of August with our 2 children (9 and 14) in the holiday flat 9582. The flat is very bright and friendly and yet also cosy. With two separate bedrooms, each with comfortable double beds and a pull-out couch in the living room, up to 6 people can sleep comfortably. We enjoyed having breakfast on the spacious balcony every day. The view of the sea, framed by royal palms, is gigantic. In the practical kitchen, all cooking utensils are available, so that self-cooking is also a lot of fun. There are also many restaurants in the area, some of which can be reached without a car. From the very nice landlady we got a lot of information about all shopping possibilities as well as about local pubs and activities
The sea and the sandy beach (fine sand with some small stones) are very clean
We visited Tariffa (the border between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean) and Gibraltar by car in a day trip. Another highlight was the medieval town of Ronda, north of Estepona
The landlady is very nice and answered all our questions by phone and e-mail in an uncomplicated and timely manner. We are looking forward to spending our holidays there again in the holiday complex Hacienda Beach, flat 9582. We are happy to recommend this apartment to others.

very nice apartment

Super well equipped apartment with a view of the beautiful garden and the sea. The pool within the complex is beautifully designed. There is also a chiringuito right at the edge of the pool where you can eat and drink snacks, but they also prepare dinner, e.g. paella
We were very satisfied and spent a week there with our 12-year-old son
The only drawback is the location, as there are few options on foot, so you are always dependent on the car. But that does not detract from the flat, there is everything you need.
Many thanks also to the nice landlady who provided us with all the necessary information in advance.

The apartment complex Hacienda Beach is located directly on the coastal road Autovia AP 7 between San Pedro and Estepona. A trip to Gibraltar should not be missed. Estepona, 10 minutes away by car, invites you for a stroll in the old town with its romantic alleys or for a glass of wine at the harbour. On Wednesdays there is a big market,where there is a colourful hustle and bustle.and the ice cream parlour at Plaza Flora is a must,in the opposite direction the highlight is the port of the beautiful and rich,Puerto Banus in Marbella.an insider tip for good gastronomy is La Florentina in front of San Pedro,Italian cuisine at its best and a musical evening programme as well as exceptionally friendly hospitality leaves nothing to be desired.
