Description
This modern and bright holiday flat is located in a small fishing village, only 300 m from Lake Schwerin. On 65 m², 3 people will find enough space to relax. The living room is equipped with satellite TV and a sofa bed. WLAN is available and free of charge. The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m wide) and a wardrobe. All windows have fly screens. The bathroom has a bathtub, separate shower, WC, washing machine and basin. The large kitchen, with dining table, is fully equipped. In front of the house you can relax on the terrace or lawn. Sun loungers, garden furniture, sandpit and swing are available. A parking space and a bicycle shelter belong to the holiday home. On request, you can go on boat and fishing trips on Lake Schwerin with the landlord.

Holiday close to Wismar/Schwerin
Very nice landlords. Lovely bathing spot within walking distance in just a few minutes. Everything is as stated in the property description.

Beautiful vacation at Lake Schwerin
We felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment with the Preuss family. They are very nice, generous and helpful hosts. The apartment is absolutely clean and functional. We didn't miss anything. We can fully recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful apartment on Lake Schwerin
The apartment in Hohen Viecheln is very suitable for 2 people and is the perfect starting point for beautiful bike tours around Lake Schwerin. Wismar and Schwerin were also easy to reach by bike. Our landlords were super nice and gave us great tips for excursions. We would love to come back.

Basis for excursions in all directions during the off-season.
Cozy, clean accommodation with great facilities, unfortunately, you have to bring your own bedding; tranquil small town with tourist information and bike rental but without gastronomy (only snack bar at the fisherman's).
