Description

The flat has 56 sqm. A comfortably furnished living room with a wonderful view of the Harz mountains. A flat screen TV, DVD player and a micro stereo system are also available. If you prefer to relax or read, you are sure to find a quiet spot on the sofa. Novels, non-fiction books and also books for the little ones are on site. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Plenty of crockery, pots and pans are available. The cooker has a 4-plate ceramic hob. Also a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and egg boiler. The fridge has a 3* freezer compartment. Right next to it is a dining area, which not only invites you to eat, but also to play games. Games for adults and children are available. Furthermore, there are 2 bedrooms. One has a spacious double bed with a large wardrobe.
The other bedroom has two single beds, also with wardrobe. Both bedrooms have windows with blackout pleated blinds.
A shower room with raised hand WC leads off from the small hallway, with wardrobe and cupboard space
On the south-facing balcony you can dream and relax with a view of the mountains.

Location and surroundings of object

The flat is located on the Glockenberg. Just cross the road once and you are in the thermal brine bath "Heißer Brocken". Everyone will find the right sauna for them here. You can also have a massage to really knead yourself. There are many different recommended treatments.
You can safely leave your car at home. Many signposted hiking trails start directly from the flat, ranging from short to long and from easy to difficult.
If you don't want to leave the car behind, you can quickly reach Goslar, with its beautiful old town centre and the Glockenspiel on the market square. The Rammelsberg visitor mine is definitely worth a visit. It is a World Heritage Site. On the 2nd weekend in December, there is an underground Christmas market in the Röderstollen.

Highly recommended

The apartment is located directly at the thermal spa, has a covered south-facing balcony, and is equipped with everything needed for a few relaxing days. The hiking trails also start right from here. The price-performance ratio is fantastic.

Prime location

Holiday apartment

The apartment is clean. Unfortunately, the bathroom is much too small... no shower shelf... standard these days. The shower entry is much too small. No proper shower mat. Only a small towel... as the floor is tiled, there is a very big risk of slipping. Parking options are practically nonexistent. You have to carry your things several meters. This is not acceptable. We know it quite differently. To be honest... for 4 people, the apartment is much too small. It works for 2 people, as we were.

Folgendes zum Bad. Die Duschablage war leider defekt und die Zeit zum reparieren war leider zu kurz. Die Duschvorlage ist original für für das Hotel und Gaststätten Gewerbe und rutschhemmend. Der Duscheinstieg entspricht der Unfallvorschrift. Wir haben Gäste, die vom Körperumfang gut bestückt sind, aber kein Problem damit haben und seit Jahren immer wieder kommen.
Ich gehe davon aus, dass Sie nicht mit Hut und Mantel zum duschen gehen. Für die paar Teile findet man immer Platz.
Sie waren gerade über die Zeugnisferien da. Natürlich wird in solcher Zeit die Parkmöglichkeit schon mal knapp. Im Inserat biete ich aber eine Garage an.
Die anderen Bewertungen sprechen eine andere Sprache und die sind von Gästen, die schon viele Jahre kommen.
Ich wünsche Ihnen, dass Sie in Zukunft Wohnungen finden, die Ihren Ansprüchen Genügen.

What a lovely spot!

We really enjoyed our time in the Harz. This was partly due to the very nice apartment, with everything we needed. On the balcony, you can sit comfortably and enjoy the beautiful view. One small downside is the shower cabin; it's quite cramped to get into.

Very good

Beautiful quiet location. Very clean apartment. We were completely satisfied, it was a successful holiday in the Harz with 2 children. For kids there is a nice playground around the corner as well as table tennis and a soccer field!!

Dreamlike view

Despite rain and storm, it was a really great week. The proximity to the thermal spa is fantastic, the equipment of the apartment excellent for our needs... we didn't miss anything.
We have stayed in other apartments in Glockenberg before, but none like this one!!!

Great vacation apartment

The apartment was very cozy. We stayed there over Christmas and New Year's. It was decorated so beautifully for Christmas and everything was sooo clean and cozy that we felt right at home. Thanks for everything, we will definitely come back. The landlord is also very polite and accommodates the wishes of the tenants. Highly recommended.

Great vacation rental

We spent a short vacation of 3 days in the holiday apartment. Mr. Kohnagel's description to find the apartment in the big house was great. We found everything right away and entered an absolutely clean and tidy apartment. From the first moment on, we felt at home.
The view from the balcony into nature is beautiful. It is very quiet in the big house, so we could sleep well at night.
The bakery is close to the apartment and you can start hiking right across from the house. Because the apartment is so central, you can also quickly reach the Okertalsperre, Clausthal-Zellerfeld and Goslar. We had 3 very nice days and were completely satisfied with everything. We would love to come back sometime, but definitely for a longer stay.

The flat has everything you need for a holiday flat, the fact that there is no oven is not a problem for us. The flat is in a good location. The price-performance ratio is top and also the contact with Mr. Kohnagel runs smoothly and you get a quick answer.

We were there with 2 children and were completely satisfied.

After we had spent a few holidays in Altenau, we decided to buy a flat here. We did so in 1999 and still like to come back here for some peace and quiet. Since then we have had many guests who come back again and again, who feel just as comfortable here and who tell us so in our guest book. Of course, we also welcome criticism and suggestions.
