The holiday home Casa Pimi is centrally located in Malcesine, only about 150 meters from the lakeside promenade with beach and restaurants. The town center can be reached in just one minute by car and can alternatively be easily reached on foot along the promenade.
The house has four newly renovated, identical, and modernly furnished holiday apartments: the ground floor apartments Alex and Sandro as well as the upper floor apartments Anna and Maria. Each unit has a separate entrance and offers approx. 60 m² of living space.
All apartments have a balcony with lake view as well as a communal garden on the mountain side, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue facilities.
A free parking space for one car is available on the enclosed property directly below the house.
Occupancy is limited to a maximum of four people per apartment,
pets are warmly welcome. The Sandro holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and offers direct access to the garden as well as a balcony.
It features a spacious living area with a modern sofa bed and integrated kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and refrigerator. The further amenities include a 32-inch satellite TV with all common German channels, free Wi-Fi, and a safe integrated into the wardrobe.
Air conditioning can be used optionally.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located in Malcesine in a quiet panoramic position with marvelous views of Lake Garda and just a 1-minute drive from the center and the promenade. The small Malcesine (approx. 2500 inhabitants) is located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, the green slopes of Monte Baldo (2218 m / Cable Car). The well-preserved, picturesque site of the fishing village below the Scaliger remarkable evidence of a glorious past. Old streets, bow doors, the historic Palace of Captains and the small port together to create a beautiful picture. Many restaurants, taverns and bars in the old town characteristic. The sports offer includes: bathing, sailing, water skiing, surfing (surf school), boat rentals, tennis, mini golf, mountain bike hire. Good starting point for walks in the vast olive groves near Malcesine or for walks in Monte Baldo area.

Very friendly service, location not optimal
The apartment is completely new and modernly furnished and very spacious. The furnishings are functional but not particularly cozy. The location is right on a very busy main road. One would not want to use the balcony facing the street. Too loud. The bedroom is towards the garden and therefore quiet. In the garden, one hears less of the traffic noise. The apartment is close to the city center, but one has to walk approximately 800 m directly along the road without a sidewalk until reaching the promenade by the lake. You also have to walk along the road in the other direction to get to the supermarket. It is therefore not suitable with a dog. The care was very good and friendly. Thank you, Bruna :o)
