Location and surroundings of object
The house (total of 7 units) is romantically in a beautiful, centuries-old park with cypresses, cedars and conifers, all very well maintained and cared for by the owner personally and offer an open pool with Jacuzzi (whirlpool), sauna, gym and table tennis. Playground at the lake about 100 Mt. far from the villa.
A washing machine is the Hausgaesten at your disposal at no extra cost.
Drive by car? Are bicycles and inflatables this also? No problem, our villa also has parking for cars and storage room for bikes and inflatables!
Come with plane? We offer 'LOW COST TRANSFER' for Verona, Brescia or Bergamo airport!
A Supermarket (with fresh bread), as well as tobacco and German newspapers are about 400 meters far from us and cozy walking distance along the promenade.

The Villa Sopri (it belongs to Fam. Roberto Zeni and led directly) is a small apartment house in a completely renovated building from the 19th century. In quiet location, with direct views of the magnificent Gulf of Malcesine, the villa is located only 10 minutes walk (along the beautiful and tranquil lakeside) from the town center.
