The holiday flat CESARE is located in a fantastic and absolutely quiet panoramic position about 6 minutes from the centre of Malcesine in the Residence Garden. It has a size of approx. 90 m² divided into two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds), a large living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower/WC/BD. In front of the living room there is a terrace with a fantastic view of Lake Garda and Malcesine. The apartment has a large dining table for 6 people, a large corner couch and a satellite TV with all German channels. WI-FI is also available free of charge. A large car park is located directly below the flat. The residence also has a heated swimming pool with sunbeds and a small playground. The furnishings of the flat are simple but functional and well-maintained. Pets are very welcome. Ideal for families with children but also for people who prefer a quiet holiday, as the residence is only frequented in August, as the owners are mainly Italian and only use their property during this period. Rental period April - October.

The small town of Malcesine ( inhabitants) lies on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, on the green slopes of Monte Baldo (2218 m/cable car). The well-preserved, picturesque townscape of the fishing village below the Scaliger Castle, which is well worth seeing, bears witness to a glorious past. Old alleys, arches, gates, the historic Palazzo dei Capitani and the small harbour combine to form a charming picture. Numerous restaurants, taverns and characteristic pubs in the old town. Sports facilities include: Beach bathing, sailing, water skiing, surfing (surf schools), boat hire, tennis, mini-golf, paragliding, mountain bike hire. Good starting point for walks in the wide olive groves around Malcesine or also for hikes in the Monte Baldo area.
