Enjoy, feel good, switch off, relax
You will find the Charisma I holiday flat directly on the beautiful Schönberg beach, only a few steps away from the dyke. The unique location and the pronounced tranquillity speak for themselves.

This cosy, comfortable and family-friendly holiday flat with 95 m² is suitable for six (plus 1) persons. The flat has a separate entrance and is located on the upper floor of the house.

There are three separate bedrooms at your disposal. One of the bedrooms impresses with its sea view. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions.
The spacious open living area has a comfortable sitting area. For resting and relaxing, there is a sofa set (3-2-1) and two swing armchairs. Furthermore, you will find a modern flatscreen TV and a Blue-Ray player. WLAN is of course available.
The kitchen is half-open to the living area. Here you will find a 4-burner ceramic cooker with oven, a large refrigerator with separate freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and two coffee machines. There is a sufficient amount of crockery and cutlery.
The spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower has a washing machine. There is also a hairdryer ready for you.
The beautiful, large balcony is ideal for having breakfast outdoors or to end the day in the evening.

A free parking space is available directly at the house.

On request, we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair.

Location and surroundings of object

Coming from Kiel, you will reach Schönberger Strand in Schleswig-Holstein after a 20 kilometre drive in a north-easterly direction along the Bay of Kiel. First you reach the Baltic seaside resort of Schönberg, which is about 4 kilometres from the coast. Schönberg is located in the district of Plön, in the beautiful Probstei. The town is also known as the secret capital of Probstei. Incidentally, the well-known museum railway also starts from here via Schönberg, partly as far as Kiel.

Three districts of Schönberg (Holstein) lie directly on the coastline. These are Schönberger Beach, California and Brazil. Other districts are Holm and Neu-Schönberg.

Cancellation terms:

-up to 49 days before the rental starts: 10% of the rental price -up to 35 days before the rental starts: 30% of the rental price -up to 21 days before the rental starts: 60% of the rental price -up to 14 days before the rental starts: 90% of the rental price -otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental starts) 100% of the rental price. Nevertheless, the landlord will attempt to rent out the property to someone else.

Experience a wonderful holiday at Schönberger Strand and do something for your health at the same time. You will find plenty of sports opportunities here. And since the new pier was built on Schönberg beach, the pier forecourt has become the central point on Schönberg beach. A variety of cultural events (concerts, markets, exhibitions, etc.) await your visit.

Were here in 2024 with 6 people, booking the vacation rental again, ideal also for going to the Kiel Week. We watched the departing tall ships. Were at the beach and in the sea every day. Fam. LJ

Absolutely recommendable

We (2 E and 4 K) have been coming to Schönberger Strand for 4 years. This year for the first time in this flat. We were absolutely satisfied and have booked this flat again for next year.
Everything is within easy reach on foot, by bike or by bus.
We are looking forward to next year :)

Very nice flat close to the beach

Very nice, spacious flat, clean, tidy, very close to the beach. The beach and the surroundings are very nice and you can do a lot here or just lie lazily on the beach.

The bakery, Edeka and the quick test centre are easily accessible and not far from the flat

The landlord is very nice, friendly and helpful.

Absolutely recommendable.

Great!

There was nothing missing, very good Wi-Fi with 4 large TVs compatible with Netflix. Washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Large living room with seating area and sturdy table and chairs, comfortable sofas and armchairs, open kitchen with bar stools and counter. Directly on the dike, bakery also just around the corner, Edeka a few meters away. Bicycles and go-karts can be rented at Seesternweg 2 in Kalifornien, fly kites, play soccer on the dike, free bus to Kalifornien with the Ostseecard. Very quiet location, great sandy beach. Perfect for the times of Corona, when you want to be isolated but still enjoy the sea air. Top!

Fully equipped and close to the beach.

Mr. Labs' apartment is very clean, spacious, and modernly furnished. There is a lot of toys for children in the apartment. The beds are new and comfortable. There is more than enough cutlery and dishes, a large bathroom with a washing machine. There is no lack of anything and Mr. Labs is always approachable and very uncomplicated, taking care of things promptly when needed. There is truly a lack of absolutely nothing and one feels immediately comfortable. In one of the bedrooms, there is even a sea view. We were really positively surprised at how well-equipped and well-thought-out the apartment is. And the location directly behind the dike is also absolutely unbeatable, grocery store, bakery, and restaurants are within walking distance within a few minutes. Schönberg can be reached by bus in 15 minutes, by Uto in 5 minutes, and offers all common grocery stores. Walking distance to the beach if you walk slowly is about 2 minutes.
