Villa Ladonja is a charming 2 bedrooms stone villa with a private pool, in the heart of Istria.
The house has its own fenced garden with flowers and greenery, a barbecue and an outside dining table.
Perfect for enjoying in summer evenings, with delicious Istrian wine, at rest and under a star lit sky.
A private pool, beach umbrellas and sunbeds overlooking the nature.
A dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace inside that are all decorated in traditional Istrian style, with plenty of comfort, located on the lower floor.
The upstairs rooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses, and are very quiet, with windows overlooking the garden.
In 30 minutes, you can reach all other parts of Istria, beaches, landscapes, events.
Enjoy horseback riding, cycling, sightseeing, swimming ...
The villa is ideal for a family holiday or a romantic holiday for couples.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located in a small charming village Karnevali, in the center of Istria.
The area is quiet and peaceful. It is surrounded by beautiful forests and green meadows. Small streets with no traffic, and marked trails through the forest are perfect for biking or walking. Mornings are fresh, and the evenings are quiet. The view of the night sky is spectacular, filled with stars and an occasional shooting star.
The nearest town is Žminj, just 4 km away. There you will find two shops, two very good restaurants, ATMs, gas station and a pharmacy.
Žminj also a beautiful city to visit. An ancient castle, Kriche and small narrow streets between old houses.
In just 30 minutes you reach all interesting places in Istria, such as:
Rovinj - the most romantic city in Istria, many galleries, artists, restaurants, wine bars ... and of course the beaches and the sunsets.
Pula - the largest city in Istria.
In Pula, you can visit many concerts, a film festival, explore the ancient Roman architecture and one of the largest colloseums in the area.
Inner Istria - Groznjan, Motovun - The ancient medieval towns in the interior parts of Istria, who have a special spirit, with its narrow streets, stairways, old buildings, and of course the great landscapes.

We were for the 4th time in this great villa and again spent very nice vacation days. For the children, the pool and for us parents, the peace are simply the perfect combination to escape everyday life. Rino once again left nothing to be desired. We wish him and his family all the best and good health. We will come back, thank you very much!

Croatia over and over again.
We decided for the first time to stay in a holiday home in a rural area, further away from the sea, and now we know we will do it again and again. We were three guests with a child and a dog at Villa Ladonja. From the first moment, we were overwhelmed by the cozy and clean small stone house with the surprisingly large garden with grass and a beautiful pool, but above all by the hospitality of the owners. It was two wonderful weeks, and we have decided that we will come back soon.

Wonderful!
We spent two great weeks in the beautiful Villa Ladonja with our two dogs! The house is gorgeous, the huge, fully fenced garden with pool is fantastic! Everything is top-maintained! Upon arrival, you find some gifts in the form of beer, wine, homemade schnapps, and eggs from their own chickens in the fridge. On the last evening, there was a snack and another small gift. Great hospitality!!! Furthermore, the house now has a third bedroom with an attached bathroom. We can fully recommend this house if you are looking for peace and relaxation. The surrounding landscape is wonderful for beautiful walks. Shops, restaurants, banks, a petrol station, and even a veterinarian can be found in the town of Zminj, a 10-minute drive away. Thank you for everything, dear Zufic family!
