The large patio doors connect the living room perfectly with the garden terrace. In addition to the generous dining table there is a stylish seating area with flat-screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace.
The neat kitchen is equipped with modern equipment such as oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
The exclusive villa has three spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a private bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and double washbasin. The second bathroom has a floor-level shower and a double vanity. In the hallway there is a separate guest toilet.
When you open the patio doors in the living room, you enter the extra large terrace surrounded by nature. Here you have a large dining table, gas grill and two comfortable sun loungers. The spacious garden has a water system, and is embedded in gently sloping dunes, beach grass and dunes shrubs.
In the house there is a storage room with a washer and dryer. There are two parking spaces available. In this villa Pets are not allowed.
