The large garden is lined with shady pine and eucalyptus trees. The house is surrounded by the typical Tuscan vegetation with oleanders, rosemary, cacti, agaves, Alovera and more.
The sea (Morconebucht) can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, as is the medieval village of Capoliveri, with its picturesque alleys and squares. There are shops and a wide gastronomic offer.
A private free parking, outdoor shower, washing machine and WiFi are available.
Linen can be booked if required to do so.
