The Bay of Morcone is within walking distance. The spacious holiday home offers ample space for comfort and relaxation. A tastefully furnished living and dining room with sea view and the generously equipped kitchen add to this.
In addition to the garden, a covered outdoor terrace serves as a "green living room" – with sea view, of course.
Whether sunbathing, relaxing, preparing delicacies on the outdoor grill, or simply enjoying the peace: here you can let your soul unwind. Children are warmly welcome, pets allowed.
All bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito screens, fans are also available.

Location and surroundings of object

The large garden is bordered with shade-giving pines and eucalyptus trees. The house is situated amidst typical Tuscan vegetation with oleander, rosemary, cacti, agaves, aloe vera, and much more.
The sea (Morcone Bay) can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, as can the medieval village of Capoliveri with its picturesque alleys and squares. There you will find shopping opportunities and a wide range of gastronomic offerings. A private large parking lot, outdoor shower, washing machine, and bed linen are available.
Arrival and departure are generally on Saturdays. Individual arrangements are possible.
