TOP wellness offers can be requested and booked with us. 300 m to the historic museum harbour and siel harbour museum, 300 m to the town centre with shopping facilities, restaurants, mini golf and to the spa promenade on the Harle (the most beautiful promenade in East Frisia) with many cafés and benches that invite you to linger. To the sandy beach with large children's playground and heated outdoor pool only 1100 m. Other leisure activities: Mudflat walks, cutter trips, fishing trips, trips to the seal banks and the islands of Spiekeroog and Wangerooge, cycling tours, tennis, sailing, surfing, mini golf, go-cart track, water skiing, gliding, children's amusement park Lütje Land and fun pool Isums in Wittmung only 15km away. State-recognised health resort. Unique on the North Sea coast: the place with 3 harbours - Carolinensiel/Harlesiel. Stroll from the museum harbour along the Harle on the 1600 m long spa promenade via the marina to the deep-sea harbour. Holiday apartment ground floor left
Everything was there. But the mattress in the bedroom was so worn out that we had to take one from the children's room. Bathroom, mold in the shower and next to the toilet on the joints all around. The children's room was not properly cleaned either. Pieces were missing from every game, and we could rarely watch TV as the signal was constantly lost. It didn't bother us too much; we still felt comfortable. The landlords were very nice on the phone.

Apartment in decent condition, landlord unwilling to compromise, please be cautious
Apartment centrally located; inventory has everything you need; mattresses were too soft for us, pillows clumped together; shower caddy completely rusted.
Regarding the landlady: She rents out 2 apartments in the building. I inquired about apartment (Möwe) and received confirmation for it. Upon arrival, I realized I was given the other one (Löwe). I called her about it. She didn't understand the problem, as the apartments are considered equal (approx. 60sqm). 8m² size difference, brightness in the living area... do not matter to her) and she has 16 years of experience and has not made any mistakes so far.
I believe that as a tenant, I have the right to get the apartment for which I received confirmation. Otherwise, I must be informed that only another apartment is available so that I have a choice! ! ! Those who want to be self-determined regarding the apartment are in the wrong place here. Mistakes are human, it depends on how you deal with them! So, not like this!

Die eigentlichen Beanstandungen in dieser Bewertung nehmen wir natürlich ernst, und werden den mit einem kleinen Fleck behafteten Duschkorb austauschen. Die Kopfkissen werden ohnehin in regelmäßigen Abständen nach der Saison ersetzt. Die Matratzen sind hochwertig und noch kein Jahr alt. Wir können auf subjektives Empfinden natürlich nicht reagieren.
Die beanstandete Vergabe der Wohnung war leider ein Komunikationsproblem. Die angefragte Wohnung war für den Zeitraum lediglich wochenweise buchbar, deshalb wurde eine ähnliche Wohnung (Seelöwe) im Erdgeschoß angeboten. Diese explizit benannte Wohnung wurde durch die Gäste gebucht. Warum sich die Gäste nunmehr hierzu negativ äußern ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Schade das es zu diesem Missverständnis gekommen ist.

Great apartment. Were for the second time in this very beautiful holiday apartment. It is very nicely and high-quality furnished and has received a new floor covering. We will definitely come back.

Great thing.
That was a completely successful holiday with a great accommodation, a bit outside the center but everything within walking distance and easily accessible. It was worth it and we'll do it again.
