The flat is located in the direct vicinity (150 m) of the Haus des Gastes, with the family-friendly "Cliner Quelle" with indoor swimming pool, sauna wellness landscape, medical bath department, playhouse (Juniortoll) and spa garden. TOP wellness offers can be requested and booked with us. 300 m to the historic museum harbour and siel harbour museum, 300 m to the town centre with shopping facilities, restaurants, mini golf and to the spa promenade on the Harle (the most beautiful promenade in East Frisia) with many cafés and benches that invite you to linger. To the sandy beach with large children's playground and heated outdoor pool only 1100 m. Other leisure activities: Mudflat walks, cutter trips, fishing trips, trips to the seal banks and the islands of Spiekeroog and Wangerooge, cycling tours, tennis, sailing, surfing, mini golf, go-cart track, water skiing, gliding, children's amusement park Lütje Land and fun pool Isums in Wittmung only 15km away. State-recognised health resort. Unique on the North Sea coast: the place with 3 harbours - Carolinensiel/Harlesiel. Stroll from the museum harbour along the Harle on the 1600 m long spa promenade via the marina to the deep-sea harbour. Historic town centre with Sielhafen museum; cycle paths to the health resorts of Neuharlingersiel (6 km) and Bensersiel (12 km), cycle and walking paths along the dyke and directly by the sea. Es war alles vorhanden. Aber die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war so durchgelegen das wir eine aus dem Kinderzimmer nehmen mussten. Badezimmer, schimmel in der dusche und neben dem klo an den fugen ringsherum. Richtig geputzt war im kinderzimmer auch nicht. Bei jeden Spiel fehlten teile , tv konnten wir selten gucken da das vild dauernt weg war. . Es hat uns nicht alles gestört , wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt. Vermieter waren sehr nett am telefon.

Wohnung i.O., Vermieterin uneinsichtig, bitte aufpassen
Wohnung zentral gelegen; Inventar alles vorhanden, was man so braucht; für uns waren Matratzen allerdings viel zu weich, Kopfkissen verklumpt; Duschablage komplett verrostet.
Zur Vermieterin:
Sie vermietet in dem Haus 2 Whg. Ich habe Whg (Möwe) angefragt und dafür die Zusage bekommen. Vor Ort stellte ich fest, dass ich die andere (Löwe) bekommen habe. Daraufhin habe ich mit ihr telefoniert. Sie verstand das Problem nicht, da die Whgen gleichwertig sind ( ca. 8m² Größenunterschied, Helligkeit im Wohnbereich...machen für sie keinen Unterschied aus) und sie 16 Jahre Erfahrung hat und bisher keinen Fehler gemacht hat.
Ich bin der Meinung, dass ich als Mieter das Recht habe, die Whg zu bekommen, für die ich die Zusage bekommen habe. Ansonsten muss ich daraufhin gewiesen werden, dass nur eine andere Whg frei ist, so dass ich die Wahl habe!!! Wer bzgl. der Wohnung selbstbestimmt sein möchte, ist hier fehl am Platz.
Fehler sind menschlich, es kommt darauf an, wie man mit Ihnen umgeht!!!!! So jedenfalls nicht!

Die eigentlichen Beanstandungen in dieser Bewertung nehmen wir natürlich ernst, und werden den mit einem kleinen Fleck behafteten Duschkorb austauschen. Die Kopfkissen werden ohnehin in regelmäßigen Abständen nach der Saison ersetzt. Die Matratzen sind hochwertig und noch kein Jahr alt. Wir können auf subjektives Empfinden natürlich nicht reagieren.
Die beanstandete Vergabe der Wohnung war leider ein Komunikationsproblem. Die angefragte Wohnung war für den Zeitraum lediglich wochenweise buchbar, deshalb wurde eine ähnliche Wohnung (Seelöwe) im Erdgeschoß angeboten. Diese explizit benannte Wohnung wurde durch die Gäste gebucht. Warum sich die Gäste nunmehr hierzu negativ äußern ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Schade das es zu diesem Missverständnis gekommen ist.

Tolle Wohnung. Waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Sie ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet und hat einen neuen Bodenbelag bekommen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolle Sache
Das war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub mit einem tollen Domizil,etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum aber alles fußläufig und gut zu erreichen.Hat sich gelohnt und das machen wir mal wieder.
