In the newly and lovingly furnished rooms, you will find a high-quality furnished living room with a large couch and separate bed, dining table, cupboard and TV, an open kitchen with all equipment, a washing machine, a bathroom with a large shower and a bedroom with a box spring bed. On the terrace you will find a barbecue and a table tennis table. A parking space is located directly in front of the entrance door.

Location and surroundings of object
You live right in the centre and can reach all the sights in just a few minutes on foot.
Look forward to the beautiful castle, the Schwerin Cathedral or the State Theatre. Excursion steamers, sightseeing buses, bicycle rickshaws and bicycle rental are just around the corner, as are many small shops and restaurants in the old town.
The numerous lakes in the surrounding area leave nothing to be desired. Other activities include golf, horseback riding, gliding, climbing in the high ropes course or a visit to the zoo.
The Baltic Sea, Wismar (approx. 40 km), Rostock, Lübeck (approx. 80 km) or Hamburg (approx. 110 km) can also be reached quickly.

Beautifully zetral holiday flat
The holiday flat is equipped with everything. Very centrally located. The parking space is right in front of the front door. We would recommend the flat immediately and book it again the next time we come to Schwerin. The landlady is very nice. Thank you for a wonderful week

Einfach nur zu empfehlen
Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jeder Zeit wieder buchen... alles hat super geklappt und wenn was ist wird sich gleich gekümmert...
waren sehr zufrieden und man kann die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen...
Und Frau Taplick ist auch super nett gäbe es noch mehr Sterne würden wir als Familie mit Baby und Hund noch mehr Sterne vergeben ...
