Swimming pool 8 x 4 meters with garden shower. Well-maintained garden. Pool terrace with sunbathing and play area. Equipment house with attached garden grill. Covered pergola for parking your car. Shade-giving pines, table tennis, children's swing, automatic night lighting.
The entire property is surrounded by a wall approximately 200 cm high, offering great privacy. A complete inventory contributes to a pleasant holiday stay and is naturally provided.
Moraira
The former fishing town, located in a bay between Valencia (106 km) and Alicante (85 km), is described as the jewel and a sunny spot of the Costa Blanca. The alleys invite you to stroll and shop. Enjoy a traditional paella with views of the harbor and sea. Once a week, specifically on Friday morning, a large market takes place, and every morning there is a fish market. The marina is one of the attractions for water sports enthusiasts. But tennis, horseback riding, go-karting, surfing, mini golf, and other holiday pleasures are also available. Beach lovers can frolic on the fine white sandy beach and in romantic rocky coves. Here, the landscape is still largely pristine, with fertile fields and plantations. Small country houses, called fincas, give the area its character. Excursions into the nearby hinterland, such as to the Jalón Valley, Guadalest, or to the entertainment centers of Benidorm, Valencia, or Alicante are worth the trip.
Alicante Airport is 80 km away; easyJet offers cheap flights to Alicante. Ryanair or Helvetic also fly to Alicante. Swiss or Lufthansa can fly to Valencia (about 120 km from Moraira). In Alicante and Valencia as well as Moraira, there are several national and international car rental agencies available.

Beautiful and relaxing holidays
In September 2025, we were allowed to enjoy beautiful and relaxing holidays for the first time in Villa Cap Blanc. The house is perfectly equipped both inside and outside. Nothing is missing, simply beautiful to enjoy. The air conditioning for the night was a blessing. Everything was super organized; in the folder, everything was well explained, as well as tips for restaurants. From the key handover to the return, everything was perfect. The house is very well located, two shopping centers, a pharmacy, and a doctor, as well as various good restaurants, which are also easily accessible on foot or in a very short time by car. Time passed quickly, now we look forward to the next vacation in the Villa Cap Blanc.

Felt completely at ease
For the first time, we had the pleasure of staying in this very beautiful holiday home with a wonderful garden and pool in autumn 2024. We fully endorse the extremely positive reviews from other guests. From the very first day until the handover of the keys, everything went perfectly. The very nice and accommodating landlord ensures that nothing is missing and that you find everything immediately. Everything is just right here. The good location of Villa Cap Blanc enables guests to quickly reach several affordable and good restaurants, two well-stocked supermarkets, a doctor, and a pharmacy on foot. There is also a bus stop very close to the house. The quiet center of Moraira with its sandy beach can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot, half of which offers a beautiful view of the sea.

Everything's great, anytime again.
A great vacation house, fully equipped. There's really nothing missing. The garden is great and facing south. A gardener and pool cleaner come regularly. Sun loungers, table and chairs, everything for the garden is available. Very clean, central location and a very nice contact with the landlord. Book and feel comfortable. Highly recommended.

Top vacation home
Very nice holiday home with a feel-good atmosphere. Everything you need is there, great location between Calp and Moraira. The house has a beautiful garden, a large pool, and enough comfortable loungers with very good cushions. Umbrellas are also available. If desired, the house also offers a beautiful large shaded terrace. But even for beachgoers, the beaches can be easily reached by car. Shopping facilities and various restaurants, as well as a pharmacy if needed, are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable in the house during our two-week vacation.
