You live about 400 metres from the beach.
Where is the holiday home? Follow Ostfriesenstraße in the direction of Ostland. A good kilometre behind the airfield is the naturist car park and a bus stop. The beautiful, modern holiday home "Opashus" is about 20 metres further on the right-hand side. You have to turn right into the dunes and you are at your holiday destination.

Cancellation terms:
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance: You can get documents online or at any travel agency. If you do not take out cancellation insurance and are unable to come, you are welcome to provide a subtenant who will take over your rental contract. Unfortunately, re-letting through the Borkum Tourist Information involves agency fees, which we would have to charge you. Similarly, if we are unable to re-let, we will unfortunately have to charge you 90% of the total cost. If the property is re-let, we will inform you immediately, and only then can you be released from the rental agreement you have made with us. If you leave early, the rent will not be refunded. Cancellation due to Corona will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

A flat for absolute relaxation and well-being. Unique quiet location centrally between the beach and the Wadden Sea
We have been coming to this holiday flat for 4 weeks every year since 2016.
During this time, our car is only used for bulk shopping and in bad weather
Everything else is done by bike or by foot / island bus.
The flat has an ideal spacious layout for a couple and lacks nothing.

Easter Holiday on Borkum
Very well equipped holiday flat with a nice layout and pleasant flat size. Quiet location, about 4.5 km to the centre of the village, no problem at all by car or bicycle. The sandy beach is about 500 metres away. The flat is also an ideal starting point for hiking on the island.

Pure relaxation
Both the generous cut of the flat, with a spacious and wonderful bathroom, as well as the tasteful and high-quality furnishings paired with very good mattresses in the bedroom and absolute cleanliness overall, as well as the wonderfully secluded location in the dunes of the Ostland with a view over the salt marshes to the mudflats accompanied by the most diverse bird calls, contribute to a great relaxation. The warm and personal care by the hosts with prompt service in case of any problems (even late at night after 10pm) round off a wonderful holiday experience.
We have been there several times and are already looking forward to our next stay.
