Description
The house has a spacious living room with a new, large set, new glass cabinet, a new dining table with 5 swing chairs.
Here you will also find the telephone with internet connection and W-Lan, satellite TV and music system.
The room has a large window with terrace exit, through which you can access the approx. 30m² sun terrace with south-west exposure
The ivy-covered fence, garden furniture, awning and lighting give the terrace a special charm and feeling of well-being. The gate leads to the small courtyard with a 20 m² annex for bicycles, barbecue and trolley. Here is also the parking space for your car.
In the well-equipped, separate kitchen there is a cooker with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, as well as other small appliances, cooking and eating utensils for up to 12 people.
Also on the lower level is the hallway with wardrobe, mirror and shoe cupboard.
The entrance area leads to the guest WC and the utility room behind it,
which contains a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, as well as various cleaning materials.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.
The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside cabinets and a large wardrobe with full-length mirror.
In the guest/children's room there is a bunk bed and a single bed, as well as a wardrobe.
The double skylight lets a lot of light into the room and also makes it bright and friendly.
The spacious and new bathroom is equipped with shower and shower partition, toilet and washstand with mirror. It is illuminated with ceiling spotlights. The large window, which can be darkened with a folding blind, lets plenty of light into the room during the day.
The house is tiled, except for the bedrooms and stairs.
The windows can be darkened with roller blinds, except for the guest room and bathroom.
A gas boiler provides central heating and hot water.
A cot and high chair are also available.
The rent includes: Accommodation, electricity, water, heating, telephone / internet, towels, bed and table linen, bicycles.

The stop for the Borkumer Kleinbahn is a 5-minute walk away.
Shopping facilities of all kinds are in the immediate vicinity.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the south beach and about 10 to 15 minutes to the city centre.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

The journey to Borkum is by car ferry or catamaran from Emden or Eemshaven (NL).
From the pier, continue with the Borkumer Kleinbahn to the Jakob-van-Dyken-Weg stop, then to the train station or by bus, taxi or car to the accommodation
The arrival and departure day is usually Saturday.

Beautiful holiday home in a great location
The holiday home is very tastefully and lovingly furnished.
The location is quiet, close to the south beach and grocery shops.
The town and the north beach are also about 20 minutes walk away.
The landlord was very accommodating and there was nice contact beforehand.
We can definitely recommend the stay and would be happy to come back ourselves.
