House Nikola is situated in a quiet place next to a pine forest along the promenade Sumartin. It is 40m from the natural stone beach, which is located south of the house and 80m from the most beautiful sandy beach (pictured) in the eastern part of the island. The house has a large garden 800m2 where you can relax on sun loungers and enjoy the barbecue. The courtyard is sheltered by greenery and offers complete privacy and the right place for a family vacation. Chartered as the whole house, in the house you are, no other guests and no owner.
