Description
House with a private pool of 75m2, nine modern and air-conditioned apartments and private free parking in the shade of pine forests is settled in the quiet part of Sumartin with beautiful sea, islands, Biokovo, Hvar and Peljesac. The facility is located right next to the beach, twenty meters from the sea and facing south. It is possible to accommodate up to 34 people in nine air-conditioned apartments. The apartments are divided on floors: four on the first floor and four on the other, while one is on the ground floor. Depending on the availability, we will offer you the apartments that are available at that moment.
In all apartments there is a new kitchen plate, a new workpiece and a new sink mixer, while the five apartments are completely redesigned; so apartments are modernized. There is a large common terrace in front of the pool with deckchairs, tables and chairs for enjoying the eye and in front of the pool.
Washing machine available upon request. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, post office and center are 500 meters away.

Perfect Place for a calm holiday with kids!
I loved this place so much! Sumartin is a calm and sleepy place, perfect for a holiday away from those places bustling with tourists. It's close to nature and will let you unwind for sure. My apartment in Villa Vera had a stunning view, was very well-designed, very comfortable and beautiful facilities. I loved how friendly and helpful mrs Vera was. Worth visiting !!!

Villa Vera nice stay
We spent 2 weeks in 4 family in Villa Vera. The apartments are good; swimming pool wonderful; very close to the beach; city center, shops, restaurants short walk from Villa. Very nice place for holiday with kids, quiet, very helpful owner.

Pool and the beach
Pool and the beach...what more do you need?! The Apartment was clean, nice, modern and has everything that you need. The sea is few meters away and if you don't want to go that far, you can always stay by the pool. Small village Sumartin is really peacefull and not crowded with people.
We sure do recomend it.

Lovely Villa Vera in Sumartin
My wife and I spent a wonderful week here in mid June 2021 here. Location was excellent and comfort commendable. Particular value is a big balcony with amazing sea view and swimming pool with crystal clear water, surrounded with Mediteranean garden. Our hostesses were on a top of things all the time and very kind. We would definitely come again.

Family holiday
Our family have reserved five apartments. In those apartments a few bathroom and one kitchen have renovated. Everything looks like the photos on the website. The house is close to the sea and has very nice, tidy pool with rests. At the back of the house there is a very nice barbecue area. Only on the ground floor we had some problem with wi-fi connection. The host is very good and friendly person. We recommend it to everyone.

Nice, quiet and clean
Nice property, all you need is close, in about 10 minutes you can walk on beach, shop, ferry, boat rental, bakery, etc. Surely can be recomended!

Friendly host
The apartment was nicely furnished, bathroom renovated, nice view, close to the sea, tidy pool with rests, wi-fi connection very good and very friendly host. I recommend it to everyone.

Family holiday
We spent 6 nights at the apartment, in a peaceful quiet area directly at the seaside. The island is beautiful and romantic, we enjoyed snorkeling at the beach in front of the apatment, swimming pool and beaches nearby. Shop is 5 minutes drive. Our apartment did not have sea view, but the others' balconies had. I recommend to buy ferry tickets well in advance as otherwise you need to wait long hours.

Super vacation
Super accommodation. A place with little tourism. Possibility to find a beach where you will be alone. Local fish market that you can bake on the grill. From morning to evening you can be in the pool if you don't want to go to the sea. We liked the place very much.

Evaluation
The holiday in the villa was fantastic. The host - Mrs.Vjera - is lovely, helpful, and tried her best to meet all our needs. The house, garden, and pool are kept immaculately clean. Everything you see in the photos is accurate. We give the accommodation 100%. The only slight downside was that the beach was a bit further away, but since we had a pool with saltwater available, we could swim even when we were too lazy to go to the beach :-). We can only recommend the villa.
