House complex with 4 studio apartments and 2 one-bedroom apartments. Depending on number of persons, you'll get one or more apartments that are available. Apartments together can accommodate 24 people.
Every (studio) apartment is air-conditioned, has bathroom, (shared) terrace and, depending of the apartment, can accommodate from three to up to five persons. Apartments are:
1a. 4+1 one-bedroom apartment - queen size bed, couch, two single beds in bedroom- 40 m2;
1b. 4+1 one-bedroom apartment - queen size bed, couch, two single beds in bedroom- 40 m2;
2a. 2+2 studio apartment - queen size bed and bunk bed- 25 m2;
2b. 2+2 studio apartment - queen size bed and bunk bed- 25 m2;
3a. 2+1 studio apartment - queen size bed and small couch - 23 m2;
3b. 2+1 studio apartment - queen size bed and small couch - 23 m2;

Simple yet enough
We were a large family each with their own studio apartement, yet connected via a large balcony that we used as our common space.
Each bedroom has a bathroom which is handy with a large family.
The owners were very kind, welcoming and accomodating with our needs.
The location was close to either the back beach and the town centre of Sumartin. Sumartin is a small quiet town, perfect for when you don‘t want the business of all the touristy spots.
The house has an outside shower which is practicall to rinse after the beach.

Nice holiday stay on Brač
We had a nice stay in this apartment.
- a little odor from drain in bathroom
- very small kithchen - not for a big cooking
+ very nice terase for bigger group
+ near the beach (more beaches)

Magic Holidays
We had a wonderful time here. Our apartment alhough being a small one but nice and clean. Many gorgeous small beaches nearby. Not crowded place … giving you a chance to realize a simple and pure beauty of the place.
We will be happy to come again.

Super miejsce
Byliśmy w tym miejscu 9 dni,bardzo miła właścicielka ,dobry kontakt i bardzo blisko plaża. Cisza spokój ,bardzo dobre miejsce dla ludzi którzy chcą naprawdę wypocząć z dala od miejskiego zgiełku. Byliśmi zauroczenia małym miasteczkiem. Bardzo polecam ten obiekt , nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów. Napwno wrócimy:):)
