The comfortably furnished holiday apartment for 2 - 4 people is located on the ground floor of a two-family house on a hill between the Tignale districts of Gardola and Aer, approx. 500 m above the lake.
You reach the bright holiday apartment via the separate entrance through the terrace. You enter the cozy living-dining area, which is equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette. Here you will find everything you need to prepare a fine meal. You can then enjoy this on the covered terrace/portico or completely outdoors in the communal garden with a breathtaking view of Lake Garda. In the evening, the lights on the lake sparkle in competition with the stars in the sky and will enchant you.
The holiday apartment also has a bedroom as well as a sofa bed, which is located in a passage room between the main rooms, and a shower bathroom.

Simple accommodation with an excellent location for outings and a wonderful view over the lake.
I had a very nice stay at Casa Rosella. The booking of the apartment was possible at short notice, and Ms. Hiesel and the property manager on site were very helpful and accommodating. I was personally welcomed at the apartment and everything was shown to me. If I had any questions or concerns, I could reach the property manager anytime via WhatsApp or by phone. The apartment is simply furnished. But everything is clean, and I had everything I needed for a good stay. The internet reception is great, and I found the beds very comfortable. My dog and I especially enjoyed the terrace with the lovely garden and the great view. The view over Lake Garda is simply unique. You can reach the town in a few minutes on foot, where you will find shops, bars, and restaurants. Directly from the apartment, there are numerous paths and hiking routes, and I also visited the area and surrounding villages by car. Overall, it was a very nice vacation, and I can only recommend Casa Rosella. Thank you very much for the hospitality!

The apartment is very nice and the view of Lake Garda and the tranquility is really great for relaxing. We were received very, very nicely, had a very nice week and felt comfortable.
We have to complain about the terrible mattresses, they really need to be replaced, they are worn out and you don't want to turn around because you think you will wake up the guests in the other apartment, the creaking is terrible and it has nothing to do with weight!!!!
Otherwise, we would love to come again.

Super schöne Aussicht
Very nice holiday apartment, the apartment has everything you need. The beautiful view is amazing, very enjoyable with a glass of wine. The sunset is simply great. The apartment was clean and we were very satisfied. We will gladly come back. Thanks for the beautiful days.

Super nice holiday
Nice hostess very friendly not an insanely beautiful view over the lake very quiet the flat was clean and comfortable everything you needed shops for everyday use were also not far everything super any time again.

Holiday apartment with a great view.
I actually wanted to give 5 stars for this vacation rental, but unfortunately, one star has to be deducted because the indicated Wi-Fi did not work or worked very poorly. The other tenants from Apartment 1 have also complained about this.
Unfortunately, we also have to criticize that our predecessors were apparently not as clean, and they left some dirty dishes that were not properly washed in the cupboard. We had to wash everything again. Enough complaining, otherwise it is a great holiday apartment that we book again and again (just like in the last years).

vielen Dank für die konstruktruktiven Infos. Ich hake gleich mal nach, warum das Internet nicht so gut läuft. Aber man darf einfach nicht vergessen, dass die Netze in den ital. Bergdörfern einfach noch nicht so stabil sind wie bei uns (zumindest fast überall). Zudem muss dann wohl auch das Geschirr besser kontrolliert werden. Schade, dass man sich nicht darauf verlassen kann, dass es nur sauber in den Schrank gestellt wird. Aber diese Hinweise sind wichtig, damit man weiß, wieder besser nachschauen zu müssen! Hoffe, Sie konnten Ihren Urlaub trotzdem genießen! Auf bald!
