A uniquely situated, fully renovated authentic fisherman's cottage, built in the early 1900s. It is located about 250 meters from the beach, boulevard, and the charming village center of Noordwijk aan Zee.
Het Juttershuisje (Beachcomber Cottage) is located on one of the last remaining residential dams of Noordwijk. A residential dam connects a pedestrian area between two roads; this is quiet, yet centrally located and close to everything. The beach, shops, restaurants, everything is within walking distance. The Beachcomber Cottage was restored and renovated in 2012 into a very comfortable holiday home and is equipped with all conveniences while retaining charming details, such as the old wooden beams.
On the ground floor there is a hall and a toilet. A cozy kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee and Nespresso, etc.
The cozy kitchen is suitable for 6 people. Next to the living room is a comfortable sitting area with TV, DVD and a CD player and French doors to the terrace. Free wireless internet is available throughout the house. The adjoining barn was renovated in 2015, so there is space for about 4 bicycles. Since the beginning of 2016, there is an outdoor shower in the garden.
Upstairs there is a nice bathroom with washbasin, bathtub with shower, a second toilet, and plenty of storage space for all your toiletries.
Upstairs there is a spacious landing and there are two bedrooms. A bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. Throughout the entire floor there is ample closet and storage space.
With the cottage you receive an online parking registration for 2 hours upon arrival in the street and 1 hour upon departure to load and unload your luggage from the car. You will also receive an online parking registration for the entire duration of your stay at the Het Wantveld parking lot, which is a large parking area located approximately 650 m from the Juttershuisje. The Beachcomber Cottage is for 4 people; an extra bed for a (small) additional person or a cot is available on request. Additionally, the Beachcomber Cottage is fully equipped with bed linen, towels, tea towels, and dishwasher powder.

The Beachcomber Cottage is a beautiful, fully renovated former fisherman’s house. It is located on a quiet street, just 250 meters from the beach and 250 meters from the lively center of Noordwijk aan Zee. The Beachcomber Cottage was completely renovated and adapted to the needs of our time, but with preservation of authentic details such as the old wooden beams.
In the early morning you can enjoy your breakfast on your own terrace in the first rays of the sun. The ground floor of the house Beachcomber Cottage consists of a hallway and toilet, a kitchen with a large wooden dining table, a cozy sitting area and French doors to the sunny terrace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. Here is the bathroom with bath and toilet. This luxury holiday home for four people (there is the possibility for an extra child’s bed) is a great place to enjoy this beautiful coastal city and its surroundings!

Nevertheless, the landlord will attempt to re-rent the property. c. If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price. d. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The crucial date is the day the statement is received by the landlord.
