The house is comfortably furnished and is an ideal family home for four to 5 people (2 adults and 2 to 3 children). With indoor balcony facing south where you can enjoy the sun or a drink to the fullest. Recently completely renewed inside, nicely and tastefully decorated and looks neat, clean and tidy. A nice and quiet house to relax and fully equipped. Kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. Luxurious dining chairs, spacious and beautiful castle sofa and beautiful deep armchairs. There is also a smart LED TV with international channels and internet via cable and Wi-Fi. South-facing balcony with sun lounger and two chairs. Parking, garage under and next to the house, prices from 15 euros per day. Free parking 24/7 at the Park and Ride on the outskirts of Noordwijk with free shuttle bus transport. Classification: first floor; entrance communal hall with first floor apartment and stairs upstairs. 1st floor; hallway with toilet, kitchen and living room with spacious indoor balcony facing south 2nd floor; hallway with shower including toilet, adjacent to the spacious double bedroom with king size bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed (can also be adapted to 2 single beds). The house is not rented to youth groups, there is so much to do here, cycling and hiking trails, wellness and swimming pools. Also various indoor and outdoor sports and activities, including surfing, kiting, tennis, golf and much more. All within walking distance, so the car is not necessary. Well booked!
For more than 15 years now, we have been traveling to Noordwijk aan Zee to admire the flower parade and the Keukenhof, and we have different accommodations depending on the number of travelers, which we usually book only in March. We were very satisfied with the accommodation! A nice, bright, open kitchen/living area on the first floor with a toilet and a bright sleeping area (a larger and a smaller room) with a bathroom on the second floor. The location is very central. Main shopping street with many shops and a supermarket is around the corner (50 meters). The beach with the promenade is about 150 - 200 meters away! We were 3 adults and 1 child aged 11 and felt very comfortable. The steep stairs (very common in Holland) did not bother us!

Very nice, relaxing short holiday.
We were guests at Roy's for the first time this year, and I must say it was perfect. From the warm welcome to the farewell, we felt very welcomed. Roy was available with advice and assistance at all times.
The location of the apartment is perfect, very central to both the beach and the shopping street.
The apartment itself offers everything one needs. We are already looking forward to the next time.

Perfect accommodation for vacation
This place is perfect: very well decorated, comfortable (everything, the sofa, the chairs, the beds with very thick, firm but not too firm mattresses), bright (and yet the weather was very, very gray and rainy) and well heated. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedding is of good quality. The huge television makes the living room a very pleasant little cinema on rainy days. There is a small supermarket just a 2-minute walk away, very convenient. The beach (magnificent and vast) is barely 5 minutes away. We were lucky to be there on the day of the flower parade, it was amazing (the route started 3 minutes from the apartment!).
Roy was very helpful from the reservation (and I changed my mind twice about the dates...), he gave us advice about the area and was available throughout our stay. He allowed us to park in an unoccupied space, helping us save money (parking is paid everywhere in Holland). And, to top it all off, we were treated to a delicious gift upon our arrival.
In short, don't hesitate to spend your vacation here, you won't be disappointed.

The parking lot next to the courtyard is great.
Through a door, you immediately stand in front of the vacation house.
Everything is spotlessly clean. The furniture is great and the boxspring beds are perfect.

Perfect accommodation in a central location.
Roy's apartment offers everything your heart desires. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach both shopping facilities and the beach. For arrival by car, Roy has a parking space in the courtyard ready, so you don't have to worry about that either. The accommodation itself was in a very clean condition with great facilities over two floors. Roy was available to us at all times, before and during our stay, for any questions or help, a very warm and extremely accommodating person!
Overall, the short break left nothing to be desired, a full recommendation!

A relaxed turn of the year by the sea
We were able to spend relaxing days over New Year's Eve in Roy's flat. The flat is super clean, quiet, comfortably furnished and we particularly liked its excellent location
The supermarket is right "around the corner" as is the beautiful pedestrian zone of Nordwijk
But the best thing is that the sea with its extensive beach is less than 200 metres away from the flat
We also found the communication with Roy great. Even before our booking, our questions were answered directly and satisfactorily. The reception in the flat by Roy was super friendly. If we had any questions, the landlord got back to us directly
We can definitely recommend the flat

Great vacation
Very nice holiday apartment in the best location. A supermarket, the center, and the sea are just a few minutes' walk away. The holiday apartment is clean and comfortably furnished. It was a nice short vacation.
Everything was great, the location was excellent in the middle of the city and not far from the sea. The landlord even arranged a parking space for us. Very nice contact, we will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Roy took excellent care of us from the inquiry to our departure. Questions during the booking process were answered quickly and easily. The handling was smooth, and Roy was very nice and open.
