The house is comfortably furnished and is an ideal family home for four to 5 people (2 adults and 2 to 3 children). With indoor balcony facing south where you can enjoy the sun or a drink to the fullest. Recently completely renewed inside, nicely and tastefully decorated and looks neat, clean and tidy. A nice and quiet house to relax and fully equipped. Kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. Luxurious dining chairs, spacious and beautiful castle sofa and beautiful deep armchairs. There is also a smart LED TV with international channels and internet via cable and Wi-Fi. South-facing balcony with sun lounger and two chairs. Parking, garage under and next to the house, prices from 15 euros per day. Free parking 24/7 at the Park and Ride on the outskirts of Noordwijk with free shuttle bus transport. Classification: first floor; entrance communal hall with first floor apartment and stairs upstairs. 1st floor; hallway with toilet, kitchen and living room with spacious indoor balcony facing south 2nd floor; hallway with shower including toilet, adjacent to the spacious double bedroom with king size bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed (can also be adapted to 2 single beds). The house is not rented to youth groups, there is so much to do here, cycling and hiking trails, wellness and swimming pools. Also various indoor and outdoor sports and activities, including surfing, kiting, tennis, golf and much more. All within walking distance, so the car is not necessary. Hébergement parfait pour les vacances
Cet endroit est parfait : très bien décoré, confortable (tout, le canapé, les chaises, les lits dont les matelas sont très épais, fermes mais pas trop), lumineux (et pourtant le temps était très très gris et pluvieux) et bien chauffé. La cuisine bien équipée. Le linge de maison est de bonne qualité. L’immense télévision fait du salon un petit cinéma très agréable par temps de pluie.
Il y a un petit supermarché à 2 mn à pied hyper pratique.
La plage (magnifique et immense) est à 5 mn à peine. Nous avons eu la chance d’être là le jour de la parade fleurie, c’était incroyable (le parcours commencé à 3 mn de l’appartement !).
Roy a été très serviable dès la réservation (et j’ai changé d’avis 2 fois sur les dates …), il nous a donné des conseils sur la région et s’est montré disponible pendant tout le séjour. Il nous a permis de nous garer sur une place inoccupée nous permettant de faire des économies (le parking est payant partout en Hollande). Et, cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons eut droit à un cadeau gourmand à notre arrivée.
Bref, n’hésitez pas à passer vos vacances ici, vous ne serez pas déçus.

From the beginning, it was very pleasant to communicate with Roy.
Everything was done as we wished.
The parking lot next to the courtyard is great.
Through a door, you immediately stand in front of the vacation house.
Everything is spotlessly clean. The furniture is great and the boxspring beds are perfect.
The location is unique. Whether for the beach or shopping, only short distances.
It's just perfect.

Perfect accommodation in a central location.
Roy's apartment offers everything your heart desires. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach both shopping facilities and the beach. For arrival by car, Roy has a parking space in the courtyard ready, so you don't have to worry about that either. The accommodation itself was in a very clean condition with great facilities over two floors. Roy was available to us at all times, before and during our stay, for any questions or help, a very warm and extremely accommodating person!
Overall, the short break left nothing to be desired, a full recommendation!

A relaxed turn of the year by the sea
We were able to spend relaxing days over New Year's Eve in Roy's flat. The flat is super clean, quiet, comfortably furnished and we particularly liked its excellent location
The supermarket is right "around the corner" as is the beautiful pedestrian zone of Nordwijk
But the best thing is that the sea with its extensive beach is less than 200 metres away from the flat
We also found the communication with Roy great. Even before our booking, our questions were answered directly and satisfactorily. The reception in the flat by Roy was super friendly. If we had any questions, the landlord got back to us directly
We can definitely recommend the flat

Toller Urlaub
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage. In wenigen Gehminuten ist ein Supermarkt, das Centrum und das Meer. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter Roy ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Danke für einen schönen Kurzurlaub wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

War ein schöner kurzurlaub
Es war alles super,die lage top mitten in der stadt und nicht weit vom meer.der vermieter hat uns sogar noch einen parkplatz besorgt. Sehr netter kontakt,wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.kann man nur weiterempfehlen

5 Sterne rundumsorglos Urlaub
Roy hat uns von der Anfrage bis zur Abreise vorzüglich betreut. Fragen bei der Buchung wurden schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet. Die Abwicklung war problemlos und Roy sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Kaffee, Tee, alles da.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch bei Roy.
