WE WELCOME YOU TO OUR HOLIDAY HOUSE - "ADELE" with 70 sqm living space, it is run under the "CIP thought" (continuous improvement process). This means that the suggestions and wishes that our guests leave as feedback at the end of their holiday are gradually implemented by us as far as possible. This brings our guests the highest quality of relaxation and us good ratings and occupancy.
Completely renovated from 2015! All furniture is new. Here you can have a modern and luxurious holiday even for little money.
Currently one of the few houses in this settlement that has been completely renovated and is of an extremely high and modern standard.
House Adele was completely renovated in January 2015 in the living area, i.e. a state-of-the-art new kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher as well as a fully automatic Jura coffee machine has been installed, the floors have been renewed, a completely new colour scheme for the living rooms as well as a level access to the shower is being created. 2016** NEWLY UPGRADED WITH A RELAX LED COLLECTION GARDEN, as well as complete renovation of the sleeping areas incl. new furnishings February 2017 ** House Adele is situated in a beautiful quiet location, surrounded by meadows, fields and forests with views of the Bavarian mountains. The holiday home has 2 separate bedrooms with their own WC. There is another WC with shower on the ground floor. The comfortable living area is equipped with a relax couch, a full HD flat LCD 37" with digital SAT reception and HD DVD and sound system with direct front connection for your MP3 players, as well as a DSL connection with Kbit. The living room has direct access to the fenced and furnished terrace with sunbathing lawn, which is enlarged from Easter 2014! The couch can be converted into a bed for 2 additional guests. Thus the max. occupancy of 6 persons is reached (but only recommended with children), or by using the functional bed and functional couch in the 2nd bedroom, which are available free of charge on request. The well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher enables optimal self-catering, now you can enjoy a freshly brewed coffee or a latte etc. from the Jura ENA 7 fully automatic coffee machine (Made in Swizerland) in the morning . Experience romantic evenings by a cosy open fire. The house "ADELE" also has a baby high chair and baby extra bed (please request before arrival). AS THE ONLY HOLIDAY HOUSE in this complex, it also has a large view and wind-protected sun terrace with all-day sunlight and furniture, which can be locked so that your toddler or dog is protected from "unauthorised excursions"! The accompanying barbecue opens up further possibilities for self-catering. Breakfast or half board can be booked optionally in the village, Hotel "Zum Bräu". Bread roll and firewood delivery service is offered on site.

The use of an indoor pool, steam bath, sauna and/or sunbed is possible for a small fee at the Hotel zum Bräu. The holiday village is surrounded by meadows, fields and forests, on the outskirts of Zandt. The district town of Cham is approx. 10 km away and offers various shopping facilities. There are beautiful hiking and cycling paths, children's playgrounds and also a football field at the holiday home complex. In the village, the hotel "Zum Bräu" offers the possibility of a Bavarian bowling evening on a typical asphalt bowling alley. Within the holiday park complex, the Schlossberg Stub'n restaurant invites you to a cosy get-together and shows sports broadcasts on a big screen. Both restaurants offer great Bavarian cuisine. Also nearby: Nature and leisure parks, fishing possibilities, canoe/boat rental; bathing lake; horse riding; In the village itself doctor, dentist, hairdresser, grocery shop, butcher's shop; massage practice; restaurants and café; electrical shop etc. weekly events; beautiful nature and leisure park; sports field; fishing, mountain climbing, cycling, golf, inline skating, canoeing, mountain biking, paragliding, horse riding, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, tennis, hiking. Zandt is very central to the many sights and to the Czech Republic (only 25 km) with good shopping facilities. Day trips to Prague, Pilsen, Marienbad Karlsbad, Krummow - Budweis, Passau, Regensburg, Munich etc. are possible without any problems.

A small but very fine holiday home
We were greeted very warmly by the house manager couple.
The house is really equipped with everything and above all very clean!
We could enjoy a fine coffee from the fully automatic coffee machine every morning.
We enjoyed the last autumn sunny days on the terrace.
Zandt is ideally located for excursions and shopping
We also made a detour across the border (Czech Republic)
and stocked up on souvenirs in the "Free Shop"
In addition, the price/performance ratio is 100% right.
We will definitely be back, there is still a lot to discover in the area.

We, Adele & Gerd, have been married for 39 years, live on the Lower Rhine and love the Bavarian Forest. Here we met Irene & Sepp Heigl who have been looking after our houses since 2010. We have three properties, Haus Adele, Haus Livi and Ferienwohnung Gerda, as we often holiday here together with our children and grandchildren. It is very important to us that you feel as comfortable during your stay as we do. Therefore, we attach great importance to a pleasant living feeling and arrange our holiday home accordingly. Because of this, it is also a non-smoking house. However, you are welcome to smoke on the terrace if you wish. We look forward to your visit! The super location, with the dog you are immediately in free nature, beautiful hiking trails and good excursion possibilities: Prague, Pilsen, Karlsbad, Budweis, Passau, Regensburg Munich Nuremberg, Vienna to name but a few.
