Description
The lovingly furnished and spacious holiday apartment Attelblick, with approx. 100 sqm, is located on the ground floor and offers space for 4 people in two separate bedrooms. For additional sleeping options, there is a sofa bed (140x200) and a cot available. The large eat-in kitchen with a cozy tiled stove and stove bench invites you to relax and enjoy. A counter with three bar stools in the kitchen provides additional seating. This apartment includes a large, covered terrace with a garden for exclusive use and a barbecue area with rustic seating. Sun loungers and a sun umbrella are available. A storage room is also provided.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and a washing machine. Towels are provided and are changed weekly.
In the entrance area, there is a wardrobe with mirror, sideboard, and a shelf for shoes available. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and TV.
If needed, the dryer in our utility room can be used.
On New Year's Eve, we set up fire bowls and tables to experience an unforgettable turn of the year! Torchlight walks are also an alternative that are gladly done!
On request, we offer a ramp, shower stool, extra handles, and a lift-up aid for the toilet for wheelchair users! A playhouse with a slide and swing, play equipment, basketball, and plenty of space are available for children!

Nestled in the Bavarian foothills of the Alps, the holiday flat is centrally located between Munich and Salzburg. The flat is located directly on the small river "Attel", surrounded by meadows and forests, and invites you to relax and enjoy a very quiet and idyllic location. The location is therefore ideal for numerous different activities
Whether cycling, inline skating, bowling, miniature golf, ice skating, tennis, hiking right outside the front door or a mountain tour in the Alps, swimming in the surrounding lakes, visiting the castle or taking a boat trip on Lake Chiemsee, a visit to the farmhouse or automobile museum in nearby Amerang, visiting the historic Inn towns in Wasserburg am Inn, Rosenheim, Mühldorf or Burghausen also invite you to stroll or shop. A trip to Munich is also recommended
Due to the proximity of the Munich Trade Fair Centre, we also offer business people a quiet and relaxing atmosphere after the working day
For a day of wellness, we recommend the thermal spas in Bad Aibling, Erding, Bad Endorf or the Badria in Wasserburg am Inn
Sporting activities are offered by the nearby Pfaffing golf course, riding facilities for children (neighbour), fitness studios, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, cycle paths, walking and adventure trails in the neighbouring meadows and forests. All winter sports facilities can be reached quickly and easily. A climbing garden with an animal park and a large playground is highly recommended in Oberreith, about 22 km away.
For children there is a swing, slide, playhouse and lots of space!
Public transport Munich-Salzburg railway line can be reached by car in approx. 15-20 minutes from Aßling or Grafing-Bhf. A bus connection to Grafing or Wasserburg is at the bus stop approx. 500 m away.

Should an unexpected cancellation on your part occur, the following cancellation fees apply: up to 49 days before rental start: 10% of the rental price; up to 35 days before rental start: 30% of the rental price; up to 21 days before rental start: 60% of the rental price; up to 14 days before rental start: 90% of the rental price; less than 10 days before rental start: 100% of the rental price.

The Pfaffing golf course is in the immediate vicinity. To the trade fair or Oktoberfest Munich there is the possibility to take the train from Grafing-Bhf
Due to Corona we pay special attention to hygiene regulations. We disinfect all surfaces, door handles, towels, bed linen and especially the bathroom. We provide disinfectants in the flat for the guests. Quick tests are available for our guests on site! (valid for 24 hours)

Pure relaxation
Thank you very much for the opportunity to spend a very nice and relaxing time in your holiday apartment Attelblick.
For us as e-bikers, it is the most central place for tours to Wasserburg, Rosenheim, Chiemsee, Simssee, Schliersee... etc.
The culinary recommendations, such as Neuwirt, Käseglocke, etc. were very good!

Thank you for a nice vacation.
We spent a wonderful holiday week here. Mrs. Englhart received us very warmly and was always available for questions. The vacation apartment is really exceptionally clean, equipped with everything needed, and very cozy. Unfortunately, the many mosquitoes this year kept us from using the terrace for long.
There are many beautiful excursion destinations nearby. We would gladly come back and look forward to the next time.

Again and again!!!!
We stayed in the Attelblick apartment in October 2023. The booking was very pleasant and friendly because you have personal direct contact with Mrs. Englhart. The pictures show a nice accommodation. But in reality, it is even more beautiful. Super clean. Very lovingly and tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing!!
No one will regret the landlord's recommendation to eat at the Gasthaus Neuwirt in the neighboring village, which can also be reached on foot. Simply fantastic.
The accommodation is rural, but you can quickly reach Munich, Rosenheim, Lake Chiemsee, etc.
We will definitely go back once.

Turn of the year under a starry sky
This is how we had imagined it. Uncomplicated booking, friendly reception, the flat is big and it couldn't be cleaner. The area is great and offers a lot of recreational value. There is also a lot to see on the farm. And even on rainy days it was cosy by the stove. Our hosts even organised New Year's Eve at fire bowls. Many thanks for everything
