This bright, four-star holiday flat is modernly furnished and ideal for 4 people.
The living area is stylishly furnished and conveys cosiness. A flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system are available. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, fridge and freezer. Kettle, toaster, egg boiler and coffee maker are available. The dining table comfortably seats 4 people. On the large south-east sun terrace you can enjoy the sun from morning to afternoon. Garden furniture and loungers are available for you. For the cold days, the electric fireplace in the living room provides pleasant warmth and creates a special atmosphere.
One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), the second bedroom has two single beds (each 0.90m x 2.00m) and a second TV. The fifth person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom with daylight is equipped with a ground-level shower. The entire flat has underfloor heating.
Wi-Fi is available and free of charge, and you can park your car directly at the house. A separate, lockable bicycle shed is available for your bicycles. A baby cot and a high chair can be added if required and for a fee. Also particularly interesting in the cold season: as a sharemagazines location, the flat offers free access to more than 300 magazines and daily newspapers on your own tablet. The newly built Sonnenpark is located in Korswandt on the island of Usedom. Idyllically and quietly situated in a holiday home settlement, the house offers perfect starting points for discovering the nearby imperial spas as well as the backcountry of the island. The beach in Ahlbeck or Heringsdorf is only 4 - 5 kilometres away. The Wolgastsee lake is in the direct vicinity and also invites you to relax and swim or go boating. The Baltic Hills golf course is just a few hundred metres away. Away from the hustle and bustle, you can enjoy the peace and quiet here in Korswandt

Arrive and feel at home!
We were the first guests in this new holiday flat. As soon as we entered the flat, we were very taken with the modern, tasteful furnishings. During the 14 days of our holiday we felt very comfortable and at home. We can only recommend this flat and will definitely come back.
