Description

Haus Pit is only separated by a narrow road from the old Greetsiel sieltief and is about 3.5 km from the popular holiday resort of Greetsiel.

It has been furnished with great attention to detail. In addition to underfloor heating, the light-flooded living and dining area on the ground floor is equipped with a stylish wood-burning stove and invites you to linger in any season. The open, modern fitted kitchen, which is directly adjacent to the dining area, leaves nothing to be desired thanks to its generous equipment.

Also on the ground floor are a high-quality shower room with rain shower and a bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the terrace. The highlight of the second bedroom on the ground floor is a custom-made alcove bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), which conveys a special sense of security due to its design and is therefore very popular with children.

On the upper floor there is another large bedroom with a double bed and flat screen TV. In contrast to the bathroom on the ground floor, the very spacious bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a bathtub and an additional infrared cabin.

In the adjoining gallery, relaxation loungers invite you to relax, e.g. by candlelight or with a good book. A special architectural highlight on the upper floor are the visible beams, which give a special feeling of space.

Whether you want to make yourself comfortable with a cup of East Frisian tea by the wood-burning stove or enjoy the sun on the terrace furnished with comfortable rattan furniture, our houses are suitable for a relaxing holiday at the North Sea at any time of the year.

Special features:

The house Pit was built together with the houses Jan, Hein and Claas in the original "Rindelshafen".

The garden is completely fenced in and thus invites you to a carefree holiday with your dog.

There is a washer-dryer in the fitted kitchen, which you can use free of charge. Two parking spaces are available for each house.

A charging station for e-cars is available at our office! (500 m away)

If the tenant cancels the lease, they must compensate for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and for lost profits at the following rates: Cancellation up to the 45th day before the start of the lease term: 20%; Cancellation up to the 35th day before the start of the lease term: 50%; thereafter and in case of no-show: 100%.

Very beautiful house

The house is really very beautiful, the garden is very well maintained. The house was spotlessly clean and perfectly furnished. The on-site support was very friendly and helpful. We can only recommend this dream house and are already looking forward to the next visit.

Everything optimal !!!

The handover went smoothly. The holiday home is in a very quiet location and is very tastefully furnished!

On arrival, a treat for the dog was already there. The house is well equipped with everything and nothing was missing.
Shopping facilities are directly in Pewsum e.g. the Combi but also Aldi Lidl...everything is available.
From Eilsum you can make trips to Greetsiel, Emden, Jever, Esens to the Pilsum lighthouse... We have definitely not been here the last time! Our dog also felt at home, as the garden is fenced in. LG the Niederrheiner

Pure relaxation

Family vacation

A dream and pure relaxation!!!

From the first second, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Very friendly welcome and the house leaves nothing to be desired!! Everything is very clean and well-maintained. Dreamlike

A house that offers everything to experience a relaxing and comfortable time.
It is wonderfully located by the riverbank and there is a heavenly peace there.
Nature right at the doorstep.
The house was absolutely clean and is equipped with everything; we missed nothing as a family of five.
The welcome was very nice and there was a treat right away for our little dog. Welcome and farewell on top from Mrs. Smid!!
Great praise to her and her ladies for the good care of the houses. We are happy to come back.

Only a few steps into the surroundings for walking with a dog.

beautiful house in a quiet location

A house with very good amenities and a quiet location in the small village of Eilsum. A car is necessary (parking is directly at the house), as there are no daily shopping options in the village. From here, it is not far to Greetsiel, Emden, or the North Sea. The on-site support was very good and competent.

Perfect vacation in a perfect house

It was truly a dream vacation from the very beginning. Already at the handover by the very nice Mrs. Smid, the vacation begins. You feel comfortable in the house right away. It is so clean that you think it is brand new and that no one else has ever been in the house before. Nothing is missing. Instant vacation feel-good atmosphere. We have already recommended the house multiple times, and it was definitely not our last stay.
