The Roses Holiday Center house is located directly on the beach of Sta. Margarita, a district of Roses. The house includes a garden with a pool, from which you can look directly out to the sea.
The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, living/dining room with open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, guest WC with washbasin, a large balcony with a view of the sea and the pool. SAT-TV, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle are available.
Double glazing of the windows and heaters are provided, so that you are well accommodated even in winter.

Everything is top and as described!
We had a great 2 weeks at the turn of the year 2021/2022. 3 hours of sun every day in the afternoon on the balcony with a wonderful view of the beach and the sea. The promenade invites you for a walk in the evening. Flat clean, very well equipped and everything you need. Very good service and very good tips for your stay from the Sachon family!
We will be back again!

Christmas holiday gladly again
Roses is a beautiful town with a lovely beach and a super promenade, which is also ideal for long walks in winter. As campers in Spain, we chose a holiday flat for the winter this time. The flat is in a house directly on the beach with a great view of the sea. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.

Het appartementen het terras is erg ruim en alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.
Het is gelegen aan het strand en boulevard wat heel fijn was met het heerlijke weer en ook de afstand tot het centrum van Roses is makkelijk bereikbaar.
Wat ook erg fijn van dit appartement is dat wij onze franse bulldog mee mochten nemen.
Het gebruik van het zwembad was ook erg fijn en word ook goed bijgehouden door de schoonmakers.
Wij komen zeker nog eens terug :-

The apartment's terrace is very spacious and everything you need is there.
It is located on the beach and boulevard which was very nice with the wonderful weather and the distance to the center of Roses is also easily accessible.
What is also very nice about this apartment is that we were allowed to bring our French bulldog.
The use of the pool was also very nice and is also well maintained by the cleaners.
We will definitely come back :-)
