Description

Our cozy cottage has three bedrooms. (1 double bed 160/200 2 twin beds 80/200 3. bunk bed 90/200). Allergenic bedding in all rooms. The large living-dining room invites you to cook together, watching TV (satellite / DVD Player) and games evening. It offers enough space for free development. The newly fitted kitchen is rich with good service, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, egg cooker, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker with thermos, bottle warmers, electric. Juicer, microwave with grill and hot air, dishwasher, 4-burner stove and fridge freezer. Bathroom and toilet are separated, were 2015 newly renovated and equipped with new furniture. The bathroom has a shower tray, the small children can be bathed. Window ventilation in both rooms.

Location and surroundings of object

Sint Maartenszee is located in a rural area between the North Holland-Holland Canal and the North Sea. This area is about 3 km wide and extends from mountains to find different landscapes, such as dunes, fields of flowers and tulips for Narissen, forests with hiking and biking trails and the nature reserve "Het Zwanenwater". Behind the dunes, you will find a mile-long white sand beach of inviting you to hike, play and relax.

Well-known destinations in the vicinity are: mountains, the artist village with galleries and the museum with works of Kranenburg "Bergense-School". Schagen is known for the West Frisian-market where you can still see old costumes. Alkmaar is the cheese market on the Wagplein interesting and unique city. Den Helder as fishing and Marienehafen. Callantsoog is a beautiful nature reserve "Het Zwanenwater" well worth a visit.

Holiday for two

The holiday bungalow was equipped with everything we needed. The bicycles worked great and took us to the surrounding area. The communication with the landlord, Mr and Mrs Krieter, was smooth and super nice. We would like to come back again.

Very good vacation accommodation

Hello, we were four people with a dog in this great accommodation. The cottage is located in the southeastern corner of the Eb en Vloed holiday park, very quiet. The entire property is perfectly fenced, which meant significantly less stress for us as dog owners, allowing our dog to move freely in the garden. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, from great garden furniture to a barbecue, and even 4 very usable bicycles are available. The establishment is tasteful and modern. The kitchen also lacks nothing. The beach is about a 30-minute walk from the cottage. By car, it takes about 10 minutes, as a short walk through the dunes to the beach is necessary here. The beach of Sint Maartenzee is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands and offers very good catering with its two pavilions. A holiday in this region of the Netherlands and especially in this accommodation is highly recommended and above all relaxing.

Unser Nordhollandurlaub

We (4 adults, 1 child, and our dog) stayed with the Krieter family in the holiday home for 14 days. It was beautiful and dreamy. The holiday home is beautifully furnished and has everything you need, nothing is missing. The garden was great for our daughter and our dog, wonderfully fenced and with a splendid view over the fields. Here you can have a carefree holiday and relax. Very nice area with plenty to do. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. Thank you for the lovely vacation and the nice contact, we recommend you further. Greetings, Kolbe Family.

For families, Tip Top

The house is located between two other bungalows, but the garden offers privacy from every side. Small children's room with children's books and pleasant child-friendly lamps. Two more rooms bright and friendly. Perfect for a family with two children. The partition walls are very thin. Very nice view from the living room. A better fence around the house would have made us more relaxed with the dog as he has a hunting instinct. A cat once walked through the garden, and our dog would probably have followed it. Anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped house to feel comfortable will certainly feel very comfortable here. The bikes were great too. We felt very comfortable because there was enough space in the spacious living and dining area even on rainy days. The friendly contact with the Krieter family, who were always available for questions, was also very nice.

Relaxing vacation

A beautiful, very well-equipped holiday home in a lovely bungalow park. A garden that invites you to linger. We spent two great, relaxing weeks there with our dog and would love to come back. With this great weather, we were able to use the lovely terrace daily. The very nice beach of Sint Maartenszee can be enjoyed by both humans and dogs. In the surrounding area, there is also a large dog run that we used frequently. It was a great vacation all around.

Restful days at the vacation home Tulip View

Very well-equipped holiday house in a small holiday park.

The kitchen and the living area are high-quality equipped and leave nothing to be desired. The bedrooms are smaller as usual but were really well thought out, even with illuminated wardrobes!

We were without children but with a dog, and that was absolutely no problem.

A tip for dog owners: the height of the garden gate can be easily jumped over by dogs over knee height! A small grocery store for morning bread rolls is within walking distance and includes, especially for dog owners, the first walk of the day :0)

Right outside the park is the "Land van Fluwel" with a play paradise for children, a barefoot path for young and old, and a pancake house where you can really eat very well. . . .

Conclusion: We can highly recommend the house. . . . . .

Wonderful family vacation in a beautiful holiday home

We stayed at the holiday house with our children and our grandchild. The cleanliness, the equipment of the house, and the self-contained garden are unmatched. Wonderful beach with dining options.
Everything is available from the grill to bicycles to a wagon for my grandchild.
Highly recommended to spend a vacation here.
We will come back next year.
