Description

Please note that construction work is still taking place in the front area of the holiday home complex for the construction of the flat house "Kranichsruh". The building shell should be completed by the end of 2022. Please understand that we have no influence on the construction work and its progress.
This modernly equipped holiday home with a traditional thatched roof, typical local fieldstone fencing and a 727 m2 plot is located in a newly developed holiday home complex. It offers plenty of space for four holiday guests (two bedrooms with double box spring bed and TV) and has a spacious living-dining area, an inviting bathroom with bathtub and floor-level shower, WC and sauna on the upper floor and a guest WC on the ground floor.

On the ground floor there is an approx. 30 sqm living-dining area with a comfortable couch, armchairs, wood-burning stove, satellite TV with Sky, DVD player, PS4, stereo system and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4 people. The beach chair and two sun loungers invite you to linger.

Internet access via W-LAN included
Satellite TV with Sky in every bedroom
Own carport for 1 car as well as 1 parking space, lockable bicycle shed.
All windows and doors are equipped with insect screens.

First supply of towels (1 towel, 1 bath towel per bed), bed linen (upholstered) and FIREWOOD for one-time firing included
The natural bathing area of the holiday home complex on the Bodden offers bathing fun.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday resort is located directly on the Bodden on the Baltic Sea. Fuhlendorf is characterised by a mixture of peace and nature. A small beach section on the Bodden is approx. 100 metres away. The long sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea are about 12 km away. In the harbour of Bodstedt (approx. 800m) there are traditional Zeesboote, passenger boat trips as well as a small traditional harbour restaurant.
Our holiday home covers an area of approx. 727 m²

From 01.01.2022 a visitor's tax will be charged in the region. It will be 2€/person and day, per dog 1,5 €/day. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt.

Cancellation terms:

If the tenant cancels the contract and no alternative rental is possible, the owner/landlord is entitled to compensation according to the following scale: - Up to 45 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the rental price - Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental price - From 29 to 2 days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the rental price - Cancellation within one day before the start of the rental or in case of no-show, 100% of the rental price The cancellation must be made in writing to the landlord in each case. Regardless, a cancellation fee of €25.00 is due. In the event of later arrival or earlier departure, the tenant has no right to a refund of any part of the rental price.

FH Seeschwalbe

We spent 2 wonderful weeks on the Darß and in the FH Seeschwalbe. As soon as you enter the FH, the vacation begins. It is a bright, friendly, and modernly furnished house. Nothing is lacking, and relaxation is guaranteed. On the terrace, you can enjoy the tranquility, and when the weather wasn't so nice, we enjoyed the indoor sauna. The contact with the Hollweg family was always nice and accommodating, and personal attention is still valued. We will definitely come back? .

Perfect vacation!

Accommodation excellent. It couldn't be better! Everything you need or don't need is available. Large surrounding terrace with all-day sun exposure and a beautiful view of the lily pond. The entire holiday home complex is very well maintained and naturally designed with plenty of greenery. 5 stars for the house and the complex. And also for the very nice landlords Hollweg. We would love to come back.

Family vacation with dog

It is a fully equipped holiday home (see description), which made it easy for us to feel comfortable quickly. The most important thing for us was the fenced garden (with lake view) so our dog could move freely without a leash at any time. There was also a lockable storage option for our bicycles. Our spa tickets were already waiting for us upon arrival in the house. That was perfect; we didn't have to go out again to organize them. There was also a small downside; unfortunately, there were no bathing facilities for dogs on site. There were large signs everywhere indicating that dogs were not allowed on the beach. Too bad. However, there was a great clean dog beach in Zingst, about 10 minutes by car or about 40 minutes by bike. Overall, a perfect holiday home from the Hollweg family.

Very beautiful and luxurious house

Beautiful house, nice garden, ideal with children and/or a dog. The house is luxuriously furnished with good sofas and chairs. A sauna is present with a bathtub and separate shower. The kitchen is very spaciously equipped with service and cutlery. The garden is large for letting the dog off the leash or allowing the children to play. It is completely surrounded by a fence. In the shed, there is an electric BBQ and you can store bikes or a roof box there. Great place to explore the surroundings from there. Had a super nice holiday with two adults and 2 children aged 8 and 10.

Top Location!

Everything was perfect, and if there is one small thing to criticize, it is the meadow behind the house, where a few colorful bushes would round off the whole thing to perfection.

Holiday home Seeschwalbe

We took the journey from Switzerland with great joy and were not disappointed.
The house Seeschwalbe is amazing, nothing is missing. Very clean, everything is there and furnished with a lot of love. Very nice and accommodating landlords:)

A dream holiday home

The house was super clean, the furnishings incredibly great. Especially the beds are sensational. Everything you need is there. Dishwasher tabs, bin liners, soap and even toothpaste in case you forgot. We have never found this in a holiday home before. The view of the pond and the other houses is super beautiful and when hundreds of cranes fly over the small holiday village in the evening, it is a breathtaking natural spectacle. Dog owners have also been catered for with numerous stations to dispose of and get new poo bags
The sea is 2 minutes away, the big beautiful forest 5 minutes.
We will be very happy to come back.

Beautiful holiday!

Great and quiet location, very sweetly furnished and everything you need is there. We were even able to bake the birthday cake :)
We were kindly informed about the construction site on the other side of the street, but we didn't notice anything, even when we were sitting on the terrace.

Ein richtig tolles Ferienhaus

Hello Mr. and Mrs. Hollweg!

Unfortunately, our vacation is over again... But it was really great - we have never had such a great holiday home! We felt really comfortable... the couch and armchairs are super comfortable and some neighbors looked at us enviously when we made ourselves comfortable in the beach chair... and as a tea drinker, we were especially pleased with the teapots... sauna, fireplace, and even a bathtub - we will definitely come back! And not to forget Mrs. Witt, who welcomed us very nicely!

Pure relaxation!

The holiday cottage Seeschwalbe is a very well-kept and lovingly furnished holiday home in a great, idyllic location by a fish pond. During our stay, we occasionally got caught in a shower while cycling, so we really enjoyed the private sauna in the house.

The holiday home is in an ideal location for cycling tours around the Bodden - we would recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back again.

Relaxing holiday at Bodstedter Bodden.

We felt right at home in the holiday home "Seeschwalbe" from the very first moment. The house is very tastefully and lovingly furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The comfortable box spring beds ensure an ideal sleep. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality and useful appliances, allowing for comfortable self-catering during the holiday.

The surroundings are perfect for walks and bike rides. To go shopping, however, you have to drive to Barth, which did not bother us much.

The Hollweg family always responded promptly and in a friendly manner with our booking and inquiries, and the on-site manager was also very friendly and helpful.

We are happy to recommend the house and the landlords.

Very beautiful thatched house

A beautiful holiday home, very high quality and tastefully furnished. We (couple with a small dog) felt very comfortable from the first moment. Everything is bright and friendly with a lot of attention to detail. The property is very well maintained and borders on a small lily pond - it couldn't be nicer. During crane season, you can see the cranes in the morning and evening directly from the terrace
The small settlement is very nicely laid out and absolutely quiet. Just cross the main road and you are at the Bodden. The small restaurant "Am alten Hafen", which is within walking distance, is also highly recommended. The food there is good value and delicious. Good starting point for excursions to Zingst, Prerow, Ahrenshoop etc. We like to come back. LG Fam. Müller with Happy

Great accommodation

First of all, the cottage is a great holiday home
Minus point - there was simply no broom to sweep up the sand.
The service cannot be rated, because there is no one else.
But this is not to be seen as negative, because it is good how it is handled.
If you want to swim, go to Zingst. We did it every day, it's quick and easy
the restaurant in Bodstedt is easy to reach on foot and it was delicious.
However, if you want to experience something in the evening, this is not the place for you.
We were very satisfied and can only recommend this holiday home.

Relaxed holiday

We spent wonderful days in this beautiful house. We wanted for nothing. Perfectly equipped. Our children used the large garden to romp and play, but also to relax in the great beach chair was on the plan. Actually, we always rent houses with a garden so that we can also camp on occasion. That was cancelled this year because the beds were far too comfortable. We wanted to sleep every possible night in these great beds. The place offers a delicious restaurant and a beautiful harbour where a zees boat trip is worthwhile. The contact with the landlord is also very pleasant.

5 Sterne Ferienhaus

This holiday home deserves its 5-star rating with good reason. It is high-quality equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Surrounded by a beautiful large garden, it is located 500 meters from the Bodden, allowing for a morning swim there. An evening stroll leads to a cozy fish restaurant by the water, which is very popular (table reservation may be necessary). The service and support on-site were very courteous and reliable. I felt very comfortable there, and will come back very soon.
