An idyllic detached house in a very quiet location with two separate residential units. The house is located on the Lehmberg estate. The distance to the Baltic Sea beach is approx. 500 m and to Eckernförde 12 km, the Baltic Sea resort Damp is 10 km away. Shopping facilities are available in Vogelsang-Grünholz, 7 km away, and there is a bakery in the village of Waabs.

In the adjacent building, there is a lounge with a table tennis table, a dartboard, and seating. In front of the house there is a large sandbox with sand toys, a pedal tractor, a Dino car, and bicycles in various sizes (please inquire) are available free of charge. On the "Wildacker" of the estate there is a fire pit, a swing and a soccer goal, a grill is available at the house.
