A carefree holiday home.

Everything was there. We had space and it was very clean. And everything was very easy to reach. Whether by foot to the town or to the beach. Or by bike to the next town. Or even by car to Emden. We will gladly come back.

Holiday home Wat Moin (Norddeich)

The house is located in a cul-de-sac location. Furnished with lots of love. You can reach everything on foot. The way to the beach is so great. Great vacation home - great landlady

We have already been to many holiday accommodations, also with our three children. However, no accommodation has been as well-equipped and thought out to the smallest detail as this one. Everything has been taken into consideration, and many contingencies have been considered. The changing table would be ready for "first aid" after a long journey. There are small night lights for children, mosquito screens, blinds, blackout blinds, etc. Bicycles, wagons, sand toys, and a washer-dryer are available. Very helpful for us, who arrived by train. And of course, it should be mentioned that the accommodation was very clean in all areas. A big compliment to the cleaning staff.

Excellent accommodation

We (parents, child, grandparents) spent a week in the accommodation and the only negative thing was that it was too short. The vacation home is very clean, top renovated and high quality, and nothing is missing. A true dream for children with a play corner, table and chairs, two high chairs, balance bike and bicycle, as well as many other things. If we want to go to the North Sea again, we will inquire here first. A fabulous accommodation that we can recommend without reservation.

We felt very comfortable, everything is there for children, two high chairs, stair gates, fall-out protection for the bed, a great play corner....
The location is great and the contact was very nice and uncomplicated. We were allowed to arrive earlier and check out later than agreed, which made things much easier for us. Top!

Gut

From the day we arrived until the day we departed, we felt very comfortable in the house. We lacked nothing. The house is located in a dead-end street and is therefore very quiet. Whether with children or, as in our case, as a married couple, always recommended. Everything was within walking distance. We didn't need our car anymore. Also, the fact that you can use 4 bicycles for free is not the case everywhere. It will not be our last vacation there.

A holiday home of high class

Everything is just right in this holiday home. It is super equipped for children (bed guard, crib, changing table, stair gate, toys from teddy bears to vehicles and trains, sandbox outside, books, and more). The house is great for relaxing. It has fantastic terrace furniture, a beach chair, a grill, a large couch, etc. Bicycles, a balance bike, children's bikes, a stroller, a wagon, and a beach chair at the beach... everything is included. The house is located very quietly in a cul-de-sac and yet central to the bakery and beach. The beach in Norddeich has become great with a fantastic promenade and playground. The booking and payment process went smoothly and easily. We had a wonderful holiday!

He WAT MOI

He WaT Moi has truly hit the mark. From the first moment, we were enchanted by this lovely holiday home. Everything has been thought of and very well organized in advance. In no time, you can reach the beach, the seal station, the bakery, and the town with the bicycles provided at the house. Everything is also easily accessible on foot. As a family, we felt very comfortable in the house, garden, and on the terrace. It is a well thought out, nicely decorated, clean house with a cozy atmosphere due to a loving interior design.

Ein Traum

We were able to spend wonderful 14 days in the holiday home. Even without children, the house is a dream. The furnishings are truly excellent. Every little detail is really taken care of here. After our vacation there, I urgently need an induction stove now :-)
The entire house was very clean and furnished with high quality. The location is great. All of Norddeich is within walking distance to explore and yet it is very quiet. The terrace is particularly beautiful and perfectly equipped with rain and sun protection. Thanks also to Mrs. Hohn for the friendly welcome and easy booking. We would have loved to book again for September, but unfortunately, we are probably not the only ones who have fallen in love with Wat Moi. All those who come after us can look forward to a beautiful time.

Very cozy holiday home, perfect for families.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks here. The holiday home is perfect for families because it has everything you need with children. Whether high chair, cot, bed guard, bike seat, sandbox, sand toys. . . . . You really just need to bring clothes for the children, everything else is there. Even our two kids (under 3 years) found the toys in the living room fantastic and played with them non-stop. The location of the holiday home and also the village itself is fantastic as well. There is so much reachable on foot and the surrounding area offers so much to do. We will definitely come back!

Quietly located holiday accommodation, directly on the beach path to the sea.
Everything available! Large living/dining room/kitchen area. Kitchen well equipped.
Especially bikes and beach wagons in the garage and beach chairs under the terrace roof as well as one at the sea.

Beautiful holiday home, to feel good.

We were in the holiday house for the first time and we loved it. The location of the charming house is central, yet quiet. The equipment and design are lovely, so you can feel comfortable immediately. We were greeted with champagne and Kinder chocolate. There is a large selection of children's toys, DVDs, and books. Also great was that the house was really clean and the landlord responded immediately to inquiries. Very nice communication with the landlord. We will definitely come back again. Thank you very much for the lovely stay in this pretty holiday home.

Schöne Tage in Norddeich

We have just returned from our holiday in this cozy holiday home. The arrival was very nice, we were welcomed with 2 mini bottles of sparkling wine on the table and a Kinder chocolate bar for the kids. We were pleasantly surprised to find a gift for our daughter who celebrated her birthday during the vacation week. Thank you again for that! The bedrooms on the upper floor are comfortably furnished, and the beds are cozy. Thanks to the optionally booked linen package, our beds were already made :)
If someone is arriving with a toddler, there is a large changing table and a crib. In one of the closets in the master bedroom, there is also a travel cot.
The bathroom is functional with a shower, and the washing machine can be started for 3 euros. There is actually everything you need for a holiday with children in the house so you can arrive with packed suitcases and don't have to carry everything additionally. High chairs, toilet seat, toys, etc. In the kitchen, the only thing missing for us was the oven :) The garden is great, there is a small sandbox, and since the neighbors only renovate on Good Friday, it's particularly quiet.

Beautiful days in late summer by the sea!

Thank you very much for the very nice days at Wat Moi! Everyone enjoyed it, except the kitchen boiler, we used the great barbecue a lot. It's very pleasant to sit in the garden, just in the green without a fence. Frida, 9 months, also had fun in the garden.Very pleasant for families with children and grandparents.

Welcome on vacation!

We felt really comfortable and welcome. A small attention for each arrival, different depending on age. The equipment was complete and satisfactory. Many things are prepared and provided for both little and big children. The landlords and support are very polite and helpful. The technical equipment is excellent. Not only is there reasonably fast and stable internet, but also decent satellite reception and a digital radio with practically all the auxiliary connections one could wish for (including USB, iPod, and others).

Everything else is there, from TV and DVD player to dishwasher, shopping options nearby, and a fun pool, beach, and wave park with great playgrounds for children within walking distance - this way you can relax and enjoy your vacation.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

We immediately felt comfortable in the house. It is perfect for families with small children. There is a dedicated play corner with toys, a huge collection of board games, child safety gates on stairs, high chairs, children's dishes, a sandbox, a cute children's bedroom with a bunk bed, a crib, a changing table, and even a travel cot in the parents' bedroom, and much more. We also made good use of the handcart, stroller, and bicycles. Many things can be reached easily on foot. (e.g. seal station, swimming pool, beach, harbor) The kitchen equipment is also good. (Just a tip: bring your own knives, as some guests put the knives in the dishwasher and they gradually become dull because of it.) It was also great to be able to use a beach chair on the beach. Sand toys like shovels, buckets, and molds are even available. We were all very excited and will definitely come back again. Thank you very much

Perfectly relaxed vacation with young children.

Thank you very much for the great holiday we were able to spend in your holiday home! We didn't miss anything. The equipment is perfectly thought out for families with small children. You don't have to bring anything except clothing and toiletries, everything else is there. No stroller, no toys, no travel cot... We never had so much space in the car on the way to vacation! There are stair gates, plastic dishes, children's chairs, step stools, and more. and - the highlight for our children was the light switches placed so low that even the youngest could turn everything on and off. The house was very clean and the "good fairy" on site was extremely nice and helpful. The bikes and the balance bike were in use every day, and we also used the beach chair daily. A clear recommendation from us to all who want to relax on vacation with small children!

Perfect holiday home for three generations!

We, Grandpa and Grandma, our children, and our two grandchildren - 8 and 2 years old - had a great Easter holiday. From the very first moment, we felt at home and can only confirm: "wat moi" - how beautiful! The house offers enough space for four adults and two children. The equipment also leaves nothing to be desired, from the play corner for the little ones, the plentiful selection of board games and books to the kitchen utensils and the cozy dining area, everything had a feel-good effect. The location is also excellent. Situated directly on the beach promenade, one can reach the Ocean Wave, the seal station, the playground, and from there through the spa park to the beach in a few minutes without traffic. The icing on the cake, however, were the handcart and the beach chair. Unfortunately, the vacation is now over. Children and grandchildren are back in Baden-Württemberg, and we are back home in the Rhineland. But we will gladly come back!

Highly recommended for large families.

According to an unknown author, one can probably only travel first class or with children. Thankfully, in the holiday home WAT MOI, one has the opportunity to stay first-class with children.

The holiday home provided more than enough space for our family of six, which is particularly important during a winter vacation. Not only was there ample space, but also a huge selection of toys and games for practically every age group (including adults). For this reason, you really don't need to bring any toys for children. You can simply tell by the house that the owners have children of their own!

The children's room is very nicely furnished with bunk beds, a separate crib, and a solid changing table. The other bedrooms each offer more than enough sleeping options with two beds each. If these are not enough, there is also a seemingly almost new travel crib available as a backup. The house, especially the bathrooms, were clean and gave a friendly impression due to the bright tiles. We found the continuously tiled ground floor and the allergy-friendly and, above all, beautiful floor on the top floor to be very pleasant because of their hygiene.

The wagon in the garage is as good as new, just like the generously sized grill. We didn't use the bicycles in the winter; however, they looked very neat. It is worth mentioning the friendly and very dedicated landlords at this point, who kindly managed to arrange a new buggy for us at short notice, and questions via email were also answered very quickly.

Overall, we can wholeheartedly recommend the holiday home.
