The Cristina holiday home is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. There is a garage and an additional parking space for your vehicle on the premises. The cozy living room invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and 2 coffee machines gives you the opportunity to prepare your own meals.

Here is the translation to English: The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement at any time in writing before the start of the rental period. The decisive factor is the time the notice of withdrawal is received by the landlord. For the withdrawal, the tenant must pay the landlord a lump-sum compensation as follows: Withdrawal up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 20% (at least €25.00); withdrawal up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 50%. After that and in case of no-show: 80%. In the case of early departure, no refunds will be given. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
