Description
Our holiday home was newly built in 2017. With approx. 53 m², the bungalow offers cosy and comfortable living areas. The bungalow is almost barrier-free and offers space for prams and wheelchairs.
The holiday bungalow has a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with a double bunk bed. A common living and dining area invites you to a nice family evening. A fully equipped kitchen as well as a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin also find space in the house.
Our bungalow is heated via comfortable underfloor heating.
Car parking spaces and our small sandy beach are available free of charge.
From the bungalow you can reach our shore and our newly built jetty, which offers space for rowing boats and smaller motor boats. You are welcome to bring your own boat.

Location and surroundings of object
The Netzener See holiday complex is located about 4 km from the A 2 motorway, exit Netzen, south of Berlin and Potsdam. The property is located in the middle of nature in an old forest stand with direct water access to Lake Netzen. Two new sports boat moorings with a total of 15 berths have been built
Our spacious, approximately 1-hectare holiday complex offers everything guests are looking for in a relaxing holiday. We have built two new jetties for our guests and for water tourists. A small sandy beach is being built right next to one of the jetties. Our camping friends can use a limited number of pitches on our grounds. Sufficient free parking spaces are available.
The restaurant "Klause am See" is located on our holiday site. There are 40 seats in the restaurant and about 40 seats in the beer garden area. The "Klause am See" offers Italian and international cuisine with regional specialities from the Brandenburg area. The products are served fresh from the producers on the table. There is a separate breakfast room at the back of the restaurant. Here our holiday guests can book a rich breakfast according to their wishes
Our facility is popular with water hikers and water tourists. For these guests we have a separate sanitary building with showers and washing facilities.
The nearest town is Kloster Lehnin. In this community of souls you will find doctors, pharmacies and banks as well as several supermarkets and cafés
Lehnin Monastery is a former Cistercian abbey in the village of Lehnin. This community southwest of Potsdam is named after the monastery. founded in 1180 and secularised during the Reformation in 1542, it has housed the Luise-Henrietten-Stift since 1911. The monastery is located in the centre of the Zauche plateau in woodland and water-rich surroundings about 700 metres from the Klostersee lake.
Lake Netzen is about 2.4 km long. The average depth is 2.5 m. The shores are fringed with reeds. There is a bathing area with a jetty in the village of Netzen. At the Nahmitz harbour you can even hire a wide variety of sports boats. You will find a boat hire station and the "Klause am See" restaurant on our premises. Furthermore, an attractive bathing area awaits you. There is a bird watching tower near the village of Netzen. There is also a small rest area for water walkers just before Netzen, coming from Rietz. Lake Netzen is particularly popular for muscle-powered water sports and for sports boats.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation by the tenant. The following flat-rate cancellation fees will be charged: Cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the rental period, 25% of the rental price, but at least €25. Cancellation 44-8 days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the rental price. Cancellation 7-3 days before the start of the rental period, 90% of the rental price. Cancellation 2 days before the start of the rental period or no show, 100% of the rental price.

Super gemütliches Ferienhaus
Very nice house with all the trimmings. We felt comfortable, the underfloor heating made everything very cozy and warm. We will definitely come back.
