Dreamy beach house with a guarantee of well-being

We had a wonderful holiday in September in this beautiful holiday home. The fine sandy beach is 300 meters away and quickly accessible. Shops, restaurants, and grocery stores are within easy reach. The house is very luxuriously equipped, spacious, and stylishly furnished. We spent a lot of time in the wellness area and the heated outdoor pool. The furnishings are very well thought out and not overloaded, the kitchen is absolutely complete. Surrounded by an absolutely feel-good house with a relaxing factor. The 5 stars are definitely justified. We had beautiful weather and could enjoy extensive beach walks. We will definitely come back and also recommend the house to our friends.

Dream house in a dream setting......very exclusive

We spent wonderful holiday days in this truly dreamy vacation home. All previous guests have rated this house with five stars, and it is well worth it. In reality, when you arrive, the vacation home appears even larger and more beautiful than in the great pictures. It is very spacious and you always have a retreat area. The wellness area and the heated outdoor hot tub contribute greatly to relaxation, as both things are extremely fantastic. The pool just needs to be unfolded and can be used at any time. We had not known such a great thing before. The overall furnishing of the house is very well thought out and stylish. The kitchen equipment is absolutely complete, so that every amateur chef will get their money's worth. We would like to thank you again, dear Wichmann family, for the very professional support and of course the absolutely brilliant furnishing of the house. In the outdoor area, in addition to several terraces, there is a thatched pavilion that can also be used for cozy evenings. The entire outdoor area is highlighted in the evenings with lighting. Hello Fam. Wichmann, we have spent our holidays in many vacation homes before. However, we have never been to one that can compare to this. The location is great and everything has been well thought out in terms of layout and furnishings. Plenty of space, very harmonious and tasteful furniture, an extremely functional and well-equipped kitchen, sauna, jacuzzi, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, etc. One can only say: it doesn't get any better. Dream vacation in a dream house

Already upon our arrival, we were amazed and delighted by the house and garden. Everything here is just perfect, and our high expectations - based on the holiday house description - were far exceeded. Despite the rather bad weather, we enjoyed every hour in the house, sauna, garden, and hot tub, and had a wonderful holiday. The décor of the house and the design of the garden alone are a feast for the eyes and leave nothing to be desired. Furthermore, there is the beautiful beach and the lovely Karlshagen. The contact with the landlords was very pleasant and the on-site support by the caretaker was perfect. We will definitely come back. Beautiful holiday in a vacation home on Usedom

Dear Wichmann family,

we spent our summer vacation in your beautiful holiday home with 3 generations. The house is perfectly divided, well thought out, and furnished very high quality. We immediately felt comfortable. The residential area is very quiet and pleasant, offering a nice playground and a cool skate park. Our children were allowed to go there alone because it was just around the corner. The Baltic Sea is just a few minutes' walk from the house and has a super wide sandy beach. Karlshagen has everything you need and is not as crowded as one often experiences on the Baltic Sea in summer. The well-equipped kitchen with the generously designed living and dining area invites you to cook and enjoy. When we didn't feel like cooking, we had fish sandwiches from the promenade, which we preferred to enjoy in our quiet and beautifully landscaped garden. In the evenings, we usually ended the day in the warm whirlpool with great ambient lighting, Grandma, Grandpa, and the kids were thrilled. The caretaker welcomed us very nicely on-site and was always available if needed. The landlord provided us with detailed information in advance, and the contact was very pleasant from the beginning. We had a totally great and relaxing holiday and will definitely come back!!

Stylish, top furnished holiday home

The house is super modern and furnished to a very high standard. The two bathrooms with rainfall shower are a little oasis of wellness. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. There is even a hand mixer and a cake pan in the repertoire if you spontaneously feel like baking
The house is less than 5 minutes from the beach and is in a good location.
We enjoyed our time very much and will gladly come again.

We spent a wonderful week in this truly beautiful house. The 5-star house is located in a stunning environment near the dune forest and the wide, sandy beach. The house is very high quality furnished and the property exceptionally well maintained. The garden is tastefully designed. We enjoyed summer evenings in a beautifully illuminated garden ambiance with a glass of wine. The contact with the landlord was absolutely uncomplicated and very nice. The caretaker on site is very helpful, courteous, and gave us lots of information and insider tips. We spent unforgettable vacation days and were pampered by the many advantages of the house (outdoor hot tub, sauna, dreamlike furnishings). The relaxation effect set in from the beginning. Everything was very clean in the house. We were extremely impressed by the overall design and many great ideas (architecturally and in terms of furnishings). Supermarkets, playgrounds, the beach, and bakeries are all within easy walking distance. It was our best Baltic Sea vacation so far and by far the best house we have booked. Dream holiday home in prime location on Usedom / Karlshagen 5 *****

We spent a week's vacation in this beautiful and TOP-equipped holiday home. The reviews and awards (5 stars) speak for themselves! The holiday home in Karlshagen leaves nothing to be desired. Large spacious, stylish & luxuriously equipped rooms, 2 wellness bathrooms (including rain shower), a super well-thought-out and fully stocked kitchen, sauna, fireplace, heated outdoor hot tub, and much more. Just the thatched architect beach house, with its many details and equipment highlights (central vacuum system), would be worth a vacation. :) But also the surroundings are fantastic. Only 5 minutes to the fine sandy beach. Great bike path along the beach and nearby excursions to Peenemünde or Zinnowitz. A house with a 5-star comfort factor

Thank you very much for the wonderful holiday in the 5-star holiday home in the beautiful Karlshagen on the island of Usedom. Karlshagen is truly a hidden gem. In the holiday home, you will find peace and still have a complete infrastructure and an incredibly great beach just a stone's throw away, which can be reached in a few minutes (4-5 minutes) on foot. Can't get any better! Best house so far

This house can only be described as. . . . . . . as good as it gets! The wide sandy beach is about 5-6 minutes away. With the bikes, we could take wonderful bike tours towards Heringsdorf and Zinnowitz. The bike path right by the beach is great. . . you constantly have a vacation feeling. The house is very large, luxurious, and high-quality equipped. Nothing was missing, and we absolutely didn't miss anything. The heated outdoor hot tub is top-notch. We were able to relax in these before breakfast. The wellness area and sauna are also very impressive (with direct access to the pool area :-)). Everything is very tasteful and spacious. The property is lovingly and comfortably arranged. In the garden, you can play badminton or similar games. The planted stone walls perfectly complement the property design! Under the thatched gazebo, we could enjoy a relaxing glass of wine in the evening. In each bedroom, as well as in the living room, there are large flat-screen TVs. The solid furniture is all very impressive. We absolutely loved the decor. Everything solid and stable... truly lived-in furniture that perfectly suits a vacation. The beds are very sturdy and the mattresses are great. The bathrooms are fantastic, equipped with very large walk-in showers. There is plenty of space and freedom everywhere. The central vacuum system is also brilliant, where the exhaust air is transported outside. Highly recommended, especially for allergy sufferers. The long vacuum hose is simply inserted into the respective suction points on the floors, and off you go with a lot of power. Our conclusion: A brilliant house with plenty of space and luxurious flair. We will definitely come back. Dear Wichmann family, please continue in this quality and with this aspiration. We wish you much success with this beautiful beach house. By the way, this part of the island was our personal favorite! :-)

The best house so far "Ever....Ever"

We would like to thank you for a truly wonderful vacation. The house is a dream house, which is actually much bigger in reality than it appears in the photos. It is by far the best house we have ever stayed in for a vacation. Congratulations on this gem. We also had a lot of fun with your very kind caretaker, who provided us with a lot of useful information during our stay. 1. Facility: absolutely tasteful, grandiose, and massive, very lively furniture and ideas you have realized.

Wellness area: the showers (also on the top floor) are huge with rain showers and wheelchair-accessible, the sauna with its LED color lighting is a dream, the rest area with the loungers enhances the relaxation factor, great direct access to the outdoor hot tub.

Outdoor hot tub: we haven't experienced one like this before, so lying with a glass of wine at around 38 degrees Celsius under the starry sky was a delight! 36-37 degrees Celsius water temperature outdoors and getting massaged by the jets... Pure luxury!!! This was an absolute hit even at night! 4. The outdoor facilities: Thanks to the beautiful weather, we spent a lot of time on the spacious terraces. The truly solid teak furniture underlined the luxury of the house. It was cozy under the pavilion covered with thatch. Fancy, fancy! The garden is completely enclosed by stone walls, which are densely planted. In the evening, the garden can be beautifully illuminated. 5. Bedroom: the 3 bedrooms are all furnished with exceptionally great furniture, all mattresses are of high quality, so that one could spend the night like "God in France." 6. Kitchen: you first need to have such a kitchen at home, "kudos." Absolutely everything was available. The appliances are very high quality. We spent a wonderful week with our two-year-old daughter in this dream vacation home. The house leaves nothing to be desired. The sauna, outdoor hot tub, and beautifully landscaped garden ensure a feeling of well-being. The house itself offers everything one could wish for, allowing for a relaxed holiday. A special thanks to the kind caretaker, Mr. Fritsche, who was always helpful and lovingly took care of everything. Our little daughter still talks about him :). Ein Traum von Luxus

We spent a week in this wonderful holiday home! The hot tub and wellness area were the absolute highlight of the house! One could completely relax and forget all the everyday stress, but also the surroundings of the house are very nicely designed and landscaped! There is simply nothing missing in this house that one needs for a relaxing vacation! As a family with a baby, we felt very comfortable. The caretaker, Mr. Fritsche, was very nice, and we could have a chat with him. It was great that he checked in occasionally to see if everything was okay. We can definitely recommend the house and would gladly spend our vacation there as a family anytime.

The feel-good house times ten!

The booking of the holiday home was designed very professionally from the beginning, and the landlord was very competent and nice.

Upon arrival on the island, we were welcomed by the caretaker at the house. He explained the essential things about the house to us in a very pleasant manner. At the same time, he also gave us some helpful insider tips for activities on the island and where to buy freshly caught fish.

The house is extremely spacious and very thoughtfully designed. In each bedroom, there is a TV. The wellness area with the sauna and relaxation area is fantastic. We had never experienced a heated outdoor hot tub before. It is so stunning...absolute luxury watching the starry sky with a glass of wine at around 37 degrees water temperature. :-) The house also has a central vacuum system...when you get to know such a device... I absolutely want to have it at home as the vacuum cleaner's exhaust goes outside. Since I am an allergy sufferer myself, this is a great invention.

The design of the house is amazing, everything well thought out and designed for comfort. We constantly find furnishings that we have not seen before. It seems to be almost exclusively custom-made. . . . . we got a lot of ideas. My husband now also wants a heavy oak and steel dining table :-).

The bedrooms are all very large, great mattresses and the rooms can be darkened very well.

I could mention many more details! We can absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend this dream house. The pictures are understated, in reality, the house and the property with the huge terrace and the thatched pavilion are even more beautiful.

We will definitely come back 100%. Thank you once again for such beautiful memories.

We spent a few days in this truly magnificent house. The house is very spacious and bright. The rooms are tastefully decorated and cozy. It simply lacked nothing. The beautiful huge terrace and the fantastically designed garden gave us a feeling of relaxation. In the evenings, the pure luxury was in the hot tub with a glass of champagne. "Really awesome - simply luxurious vacation."

We have been able to call this great house our own for a few days. The furnishings were very tasteful. Especially the two bathrooms impressed us. Rain shower and plenty of space, just great. We used the sauna and Jacuzzi every day. After long walks on the beach in winter, a very relaxing and restful experience. We also particularly liked the large dining table, where we spent our evenings in a shared circle. We found the caretaking by the superintendent to be very pleasant and discreet. Always available when needed and otherwise like a little helper. We really enjoyed our time and could start our journey home relaxed and content. We would come back anytime.

Absolute dream house with a feel-good guarantee.

We spent three wonderful days in this newly built holiday home surrounded by beautiful winter weather. The house is very spacious and offers plenty of space. On the ground floor, there is a fantastic sauna with LED colored lights. The generous wellness area provides enough space to relax with 2 loungers and a view of the garden. In the garden, under the thatched pavilion, one can relax on solid oak furniture in the summer. At the same time, a second large terrace also offers the opportunity to spend beautiful holiday evenings on separate garden furniture. We couldn't use this opportunity in the winter, of course. The absolute highlight is the permanently heated outdoor hot tub. The overall impression of the house is absolutely perfect and with attention to detail. All the furniture in the house is very comfortable and you simply feel good. We will gladly come back and reserve for the summer of 2018.
