Our holiday flat "Meer" is located on the ground floor, surrounded by a well-kept garden. Your car is parked on the property and your bicycles or e-bikes will also find a safe place in a new lockable bicycle shed.
Our guests should spend a carefree holiday and not miss anything in the holiday flat. The lovely furnishings may even make you forget that you are not actually at home.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need: Refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg boiler and last but not least enough pots, dishes and cutlery. Nothing is worse when after one meal the cupboards are already empty and the dishwasher is running hot.
The cosy and inviting living room with bright glass bay window to the terrace is equipped with comfortable upholstered furniture, attractive natural wood furniture, a music system and a flat screen TV. We attach great importance to tasteful decoration, and a small "library" rounds off our contribution to leisure activities within the holiday flat.
The following information refers to an occupancy of 2 persons. For each additional person (only after individual arrangement) we charge 15€ per night.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a quiet area of detached houses.
It is surrounded by a well-maintained garden, where you can of course also play.
It is about a 12-minute walk to the main beach at the pier, and many shopping facilities are also within a short walking distance. Usedom is the most easterly German island in the Baltic Sea. There are no long distances on Usedom, stress and hectic are quickly put aside and every day brings rest and relaxation - whatever the weather.
a 14-day holiday is not enough to get to know all the island's treasures. Here, the idyllic beaches are combined with many opportunities for sporting activities and urban flair with village tranquillity.
The seaside resort of Zinnowitz is located in the northern part of the island. Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing family holiday; a kilometre-long sandy beach, unspoilt nature, a very well-developed infrastructure and friendly hosts.

We are a family of 4 and have been renting from private to private for 18 years. Some regular guests have been visiting us every year since then. But we also welcome new guests who want to discover the beautiful island! Our flats are furnished as we would like to spend a holiday ourselves. They can be booked individually or together.
