The bright flat was completed in June 2016 and is located on the 1st floor of a former holiday guesthouse with a view of Lake Millstätter See
The beautiful view of Lake Millstätter See and the idyllic location of our flat invite you to relax, no matter what time of year: cycling, hiking, golfing, swimming in the winter walks, ice skating, skiing in the nearby ski areas, and much more in the region with probably the most winter sunny days in Austria.
The house itself is located at the end of a dead-end street above the roofs of Seeboden, with a wonderful panoramic view. The very bright and open living/dining area is ideal for spending lovely hours with friends or family. In the bedroom there is a cosy bed (incl. bed linen) and a 3-door wardrobe (incl. hangers), with a window overlooking the adjacent woodland. Another sleeping accommodation for 2 persons is offered by the cosy sofa bed in the living room. The entire flat is heated with underfloor heating. The absolute highlight of this flat is certainly the spacious sunny balcony with lake view - here you can spend sunny hours all day long. The car can be parked in the marked carport in front of the front door.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located above Seeboden, at the end of a dead-end street, with a beautiful view of the lake and the surroundings. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the centre of the village or to Seeboden's lido. As an option to the asphalted road, you can also reach Seeboden via a cosy forest path along a stream (we personally like it better :-)). The surrounding ski areas can be reached in about 20 minutes.

Everything's great
We were welcomed by a modern holiday apartment where we felt very comfortable. Even though the apartment is relatively high up, there are great opportunities for walks behind the house. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. The many windows make it bright and cheerful.
