Our well-maintained holiday home in Scandinavian country house style awaits you in a great and idyllic location directly by the forest and offers space for up to 6 people in three bedrooms. It is available for your exclusive use, including the large, fenced-in property. Here you can enjoy your privacy to the fullest! Directly adjacent to a nature reserve, on the edge of a small holiday home settlement, it offers ideal hiking and excursion opportunities. The perfect holiday also for those seeking rest and relaxation.
Our house not only offers plenty of space and comfort on 75 sqm of living space, but also scores with high-quality, tasteful furnishings. And for those who want to be ONLINE even on holiday, free Wi-Fi is also available
Stylishly furnished with great attention to detail, the house has 3 bedrooms, the 1st room with a double bed 180 x 200cm, the 2nd room with a 140 x 200cm bed and the 3rd room with a bunk bed, each 90 x 190cm. In the large, light-flooded living/dining area there is a cosy wood-burning stove, which provides a comfortable warmth on cool days. In addition, there are radiators in every room. The fully equipped kitchen in country house style leaves nothing to be desired and has a toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, oven & dishwasher. The attractive, modern bathroom has a shower and WC. Directly from the living area you can access the large, sunny and covered wooden terrace (16 sqm) as well as the beautiful garden, which invites you to relax and linger. Let the day end here with a glass of wine or a barbecue. Beautiful terrace furniture, two sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue complete the offer!
Sufficient information material about the sights in our region, various books and board games for young and old are also available for you. The large, fenced garden is very well maintained and not only a 'little paradise' for four-legged friends, but also for children and adults. Playing, romping around, sunbathing, barbecuing, everything is possible here.
Please note that this is a non-smoking house. For smokers, the large, covered terrace is available, which also offers places to stay in bad weather.
There is a large parking space for your car directly at the house
Your dog is a very welcome guest here! The large, fenced property makes your holiday a safe pleasure. Relaxing hours for everyone! Wonderful walks in nature directly from the house.
Feel free to bring your e-bikes and e-mountain bikes! Wonderful tours start directly from the house! A lockable storage room directly at the house offers safe storage for 2 bikes.

Our Bergblick holiday home is located in the mountain village of Rott in the beautiful Extertal valley. In a charming location between the Teutoburg Forest & Weserbergland. From here you have ideal conditions for hikes, walks, excursions to places of interest or just to relax.
Some excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity are Hameln - the Pied Piper Town.
Detmold - Hermann monument, open-air museum, Externsteine
Lemgo - Junkerhaus, historic old town, Hexenbürgermeisterhaus

Family holiday with dog and child
We enjoyed a week in this cosy holiday home very much. The location, the tranquillity and the cosiness of the accommodation alone make you relax immediately. The completely fenced garden is very practical, so that the four-legged friends can sniff around in the garden without worrying. The Swedish stove is also a big plus, especially when it cools down outside. The warm welcome and the courteous and friendly support with questions or concerns was very nice and friendly. We would have liked to extend our stay spontaneously, but unfortunately this was not possible. The accommodation is saved with us for future holidays.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir konnten eine schöne und angenehme Woche im Ferienhaus Bergblick verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber. Viele schöne Wandermöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Auch unser Hund Yara hat sich hier wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles :-)

Pure relaxation 10 stars plus
In March we were already in Haus Talblick and now in Haus Bergblick and everything is just wonderful. Perfect hosts, excellent holiday homes and endless hiking possibilities. The properties are completely fenced in, a dream for every dog owner. We have already explored a lot, e.g. the Patensteig, the great hiking trail 12 km "Wilddiebsroute", the Schnattergang (on this hiking trail you find magically painted tree roots and stones), the Kasselweg, etc. At this point, we would also like to praise all the hard-working helpers and path keepers who look after and maintain the hiking paths. There is still much to explore and we will be back next year

Simply wonderful!
We have been there for the eighth (!) time and always feel at home. I can only agree with all the positive statements, a week's stay at Bergblick always offers relaxation like three weeks of deep relaxation.
If you want to, you can do and visit a lot in the near and far surroundings, if you just want to laze around, this cosy house is just right for you.
We, dog and human, will certainly come back for a ninth time :-).

Relaxed holiday
This is the second time we have stayed in this holiday home.
The house is well maintained and well equipped. The surrounding area invites you to relax. There is plenty on offer for children in the surrounding area. Whether it is the beautiful open-air swimming pool in Rinteln in good weather or the riding school in Bückeburg for those interested in horses. There is something for everyone.
We will gladly come back again.

Tolle Lage, sehr nette Vermieterin
Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Tolle Gegend zum wandern. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub für uns. Das Haus ist super gepflegt. Es ist sehr ruhig in der Siedlung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

alles super gerne wieder
Das Haus war auch bei unserem 2. Besuch sehr toll. Eigendlich mit einer Freundin geplant blieben wir nur zu zweit mit unserem Hund. Das Wetter war auch ganz toll,die Sonne gab alles. Und so hatten wir immer 30 grad. Nach Beschreibeung von Frau Grabe haben wir auch den Badesee für unseren Hund gefunden.Ca 10 min. mit dem Auto anfahrt. Auch diesmal haben wir die nähere und weitere Umgebung erkundet und uns gut erholt.Es gibt auch viel Infomaterial im Haus sodas man garnicht weiß was man zuerst unternehmen soll :-)

Tropischer Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet in einer top Lage. Wurden von der Familie herzlich Wilkommen. Unser Hund hat sich auch wohl gefühlt, troz den Tropischen Temperaturen von über 30°C. Die Wanderwege waren vom Haus aus gut beschrieben ist aber mit kleinen Kinder nicht ganz ungefährlich.

Schöne Familienwoche mit viel Abwechselung
Wir haben in dem gepflegten Ferienhaus der netten Gastgeber-Familie Grabe/Wiggins eine schöne Ferienwoche verbracht und dabei die tolle Umgebung mit den vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten ausgenutzt. Das Wetter verlief in der Woche von winterlich kalt bis sommerlich warm, sodass wir das gesamte Spektrum von Kaminofen bis Sonnenterasse ausnutzen konnten. Wanderungen direkt ab dem Haus sind möglich aber auch Attraktionen des Weserberglands mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Wir können einen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen.
