Description
The cottage Mia was built in Scandinavian style.
It is peacefully situated at the edge of the forest in the vacation park Extertal. Our cottage offers plenty of space for your holiday.
The total size of the holiday home is approximately 70 sqm.
More than enough living space for five people, which can find an accommodation in three bedrooms (1 double bed 2,00 m x 1,80 m, 1x double bed 2,0 m x 1,40 m, 1x single bed 2,0 m x 0,90 m). A fully equipped kitchen with oven, 4 plate range, microwave, kettle and plenty of accessories is at your disposal. Next to the attractive bathroom you can find the highlight: the sauna, which invites you to relax. The house has a cozy living room with a new (2012) and modern feel-good couch and a fireplace, an inviting dining area and technical components such as: flat-screen TV, DVD and stereo. The house has besides the fireplace also electric radiators. An electric underfloor heating is installed in the living area and the bathroom. In addition, we have mounted in the bathroom an infrared heater that will give you the feeling of standing in the sun. The stairs leads you to the gallery on the upper floor. The cottage has a private garden with patio and seating furniture. Here, you can finish the day or even barbecue (BBQ available) a couple of steaks. You don’t even have to do without an ample parking next to the house.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome (Euro per dog to pay once).

Our Marx family holiday homes are located in the most beautiful part of the approximately 30 km long Exter valley in the Extertal holiday park. The Extertal holiday park is located between the Teutoburg Forest Nature Park and the Weserbergland Nature Park.
This holiday area in scenic surroundings is far away from through traffic and yet easily accessible.

The holiday homes are an ideal starting point for all kinds of activities, the eventful surroundings with many leisure opportunities are right "on the doorstep". The Extertal holiday park is situated on the edge of a nature reserve. Embedded in fields, meadows and forests, it is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. The forest of the Weserbergland begins directly behind the houses.

Cosy holiday home in which nothing is lacking
