The equipment of the house is very good.

It was nice to be able to use the safety handles for the shower, as they were also available in the house. We were able to sleep undisturbed and restful due to the insect screens.

The vacation was simply perfect.

Top vacation home

We (2 adults and 3 children) felt very comfortable in the holiday home. The house is big, we all had enough space, the 2 bathrooms were also very practical for 5 people. The sauna is of course a highlight. The house is tastefully and lovingly furnished, you immediately feel at home. It is equipped with everything you need, there really were no wishes left unfulfilled. Especially the washing machine was very practical with three children.
The kitchen is also super equipped, there was really nothing missing.
The outdoor area is great. There are two dining areas, so you always have the choice of whether you want to sit in the shade or in the sun. The garden is very well maintained and beautifully planted.
The location was great for us. Ice cream parlor and supermarket are around the corner. It is not far to the beach by bike and you are almost as fast at the harbor.
We have already stayed in several holiday homes, but this was the most beautiful so far!

Great holiday home

We like this holiday flat we have already booked it many times and enjoy the great ambience and above all the peace and quiet it is a good place to recharge your batteries so that you can recover from your everyday working life

Hervorragend

We were here for the 2nd time, 4 adults and 3 children, 10 months/5/7 years old. A baby cot and a high chair were provided for us. We especially like the spacious living room and that there are no door thresholds throughout the house. It is located in a cul-de-sac, so it is very quiet. Penny is 5 minutes away on foot. We will definitely come back.

Holiday in Karlshagen

We spent a wonderful holiday week with our children and grandchildren at the holiday home "Ankerhaus Karlshagen." The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired, it is modern and spacious. We were able to do a lot in the area, the proximity to the beach was ideal and highly recommended for everyone at this time of year. We felt completely comfortable and can really recommend it.

A house to feel comfortable

It was a beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated house. The pictures did not disappoint. The beach was easily reachable on foot. Shopping and restaurants are also nearby. We would love to come back.

Relaxation and pure recreation

We, 2 couples in our mid-60s, immediately after the end of the Corona lockdown in June 2021, spent 12 days at the Ankerhaus in Karlshagen and felt very comfortable there. Upon our arrival, we found a very clean house and even the beds were already freshly made. The holiday home is decorated very tastefully and with a lot of attention to detail. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, etc., and all necessary electrical appliances. In the living room, there is a flat-screen TV, a radio, and WiFi reception. There is even a washing machine and an additional small freezer in the separate storage room. The two bathrooms are also very spacious and comfortably equipped. The floor-level showers without a "trip hazard" are a dream. The tiler did a great job there. We did not test the sauna located in the large bathroom, as we had dream weather with lots of sun throughout our entire stay. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds with high-quality mattresses, allowing us to sleep well and undisturbed by "pests", which was certainly also due to the insect screens installed throughout the house. All doors were wide enough to be comfortably passed by wheelchair users. The house has 2 terraces, one of which is covered, where you can enjoy a cozy glass of wine and delicious food in the evenings, and a large garden for the kids to play. There is even a beach wagon with some toys available. Bakeries for fresh bread in the morning and discount stores are within walking distance. Conclusion: A very beautiful and comfortably furnished house where you can relax and unwind.

Top accommodation: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped!

We felt very comfortable at the Ankerhaus! It is in top condition, was very clean, and is well equipped. In the spacious living room, you can spend great time together, and the other rooms + the large terrace were great too. The location is also perfect. Shopping facilities + the train station are just a stone's throw away, and the beach is about a 15-minute walk. I can only recommend it.

We (2 adults + 1 toddler) were on a short vacation at the Baltic Sea. The house is superbly furnished and well-equipped, with a beautifully landscaped garden and friendly neighbors! The location is quiet, and everything is within walking distance. We used the beach wagon daily, which was very helpful with a toddler. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Pure comfort and relaxation!

Very comfortable and high-quality holiday home, decorated with great taste and knowledge of the needs of holidaymakers, nothing is really missing. The terrace is large, covered, and well protected from the wind. We (= 6 people / 3 generations) had a wonderful holiday - even the weather was terrific! Karlshagen is recommended for everyone who does not need the big crowds, there is still space on the beach, in restaurants, on playgrounds, and sports facilities. Everything can be quickly reached on foot!

Great holiday home with everything you need. Simply without words and pure enjoyment.

Dear hosts, we thank you for a wonderful stay in your holiday home. We had fantastic weather and were able to relax almost exclusively at the Baltic Sea and of course enjoy the water. In the evenings at the holiday home on the terrace, we could watch a beautiful sunset and go to bed completely relaxed. However, I would like to mention one flaw. The terrace is beautiful and could use a parasol to enjoy the sunny afternoons and evenings more relaxed. Karlshagen is the perfect holiday destination without large hotel complexes and with a wide white beach. And the Ankerhaus is the perfect accommodation, located in the middle of the town at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful garden. It takes 10 minutes to reach the beach, 2 minutes to go shopping, and various restaurants are also within walking distance. And if you don't want to leave the property, everything is there in the house: from the sauna to the fireplace to the beautiful terrace with a grill. No matter what the weather will be like, the vacation will be beautiful!
