Description
There are 6 flats in this two-and-a-half-storey house, which are mainly rented out as holiday domiciles.
You can enjoy a view of the Müritz from all rooms, which is why we chose the name Müritzblick for this holiday flat.
The holiday flat is located on the first floor of the house, has a living space of 62 m² and is designed for 2 people.
The flat has a spacious living room with open kitchen and separate dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom, a storage room and a corner balcony
This time, we have combined brown-beige tones with white and fresh green in the colour design of the flat.
The cosy living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a radio with CD player for information and entertainment
For bookworms or tired cyclists, we have set up a small relaxation area.
In the bathroom you will find a bathtub/shower, a WC, a washstand with mirror cabinet, a wall-mounted radiator, a hairdryer, a vanity mirror, a bathroom stool, a washing machine and a tower dryer.
The beds in the bedroom are each 0.90 m x 2.00 m, have height-adjustable slatted frames at the head end and are equipped with 7-zone cold foam mattresses, so that restful sleep and pleasant dreams are guaranteed
In the hallway, there is a wardrobe with a large mirror for a final check before you leave the flat.
Various household aids such as broom, hoover, iron, parasol and seat cushions for the balcony etc. can be found in the storage room.
All windows are equipped with roller blinds and there is an additional integrated insect screen in the living room and bedroom.
There is a safe in the flat.
Of course, bed linen, towels and tea towels are available.
The flat has free Wi-Fi access.
For your car, there is of course a parking space on the property and you can lock up your bicycles in the cellar

Location and surroundings of object
The house on the lakeshore is located in a quiet residential area, but just under 400 m from the marina, which is adjoined by the town centre (old town).
There is a bathing area on the Müritz 100 m away (diagonally across the road) as well as a small fitness trail
Also 100 m away is the entrance to the spa park and about 300 m from the house is Lake Feisneck, which is already part of the Müritz National Park.
The house is therefore a good starting point for hiking or cycling tours in the National Park.

Spacious, cozy holiday apartment in a great location
Upon our arrival, we were amazed at how spacious this apartment is for 2 people. Very tastefully decorated, everything is color-coordinated and practically furnished, with a balcony.
The handover of the keys by the owners was perfectly coordinated.
The location is also very good. The harbor area and the old town can be quickly reached on foot. By bike, you can get to the Edeka for shopping in no time. Good starting point for many excursions in the area, whether by bike, a boat trip, or canoeing, etc.
Access to the bike cellar is somewhat difficult via a ramp with the bike, but you can securely park the bikes there.
Only in the bedroom might there be a suggestion for improvement; blackout blinds instead of simple pleated shades would be advantageous.
All in all, highly recommended.

It was a very nice vacation. The vacation apartment was top equipped, very clean, and tastefully furnished. The booking and contact with the landlord were uncomplicated and very friendly. Kurzurlaub zu zweit
It was a feel-good vacation all around. The contact with the landlord couple, both over the phone and in person, was very pleasant. The apartment lacked nothing. It was very cozy and tastefully decorated.
