Villa Falkenhaus is a villa with 3 bedrooms that accommodates 6+2 people. It is equipped with a private, heated 39 m² pool with hydro-massage, a hot tub, a Finnish sauna, an outdoor dining area with barbecue, and a very comfortable interior with a view over the pool area. It is a fully air-conditioned villa with free Wi-Fi and a PS4 for your youngest. Comprising 170 m² of interior space on a 420 m² fenced plot. The Falcon House is carefully decorated and architecturally designed to blend into the pristine surroundings of this village.
*The outdoor area offers (one living level - ground floor): A private and heated swimming pool 4m x 9m with hydromassage, 6 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a cozy lounge area, a gazebo with a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people next to a traditional barbecue. The outdoor area (bedroom level – first floor): A terrace features a covered hot tub (Hot Tub) for 6 people with sliding glass doors for extra comfort in colder weather, a Finnish sauna, and garden furniture for relaxing with a Finnish sauna and garden furniture for relaxing. The ground floor offers: a fully equipped kitchen with everything a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay (ice maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine - Dolce Gusto, etc.); an indoor fireplace with an additional kitchen counter, a dining table for 8 people, and glass walls that can be opened to overlook the pool area; a flat-screen TV, air conditioning; free Wi-Fi. There is also a living room with a sofa, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, PS4. Bedroom No. 1 with a double bed 180 x 200 cm, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom with shower, and exit to the outdoor dining area. There is also a separate toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Location: The property Falcon House is located in a small village Gornje Sitno just under the Mosor mountain and near the suburbs of Split (25 min drive), which gives you the proximity to all one modern city has to offer, yet you are not involved in all the city fuss. It is a unique place that is surrounded by well-preserved ruins of old stone houses, so you can enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine at the new property with amazing ruins of previous generations around you, and still so close to everything you need for a comfortable holiday experience. There are 3 restaurants within a short walking distance that offer local traditional food, a mini market is 300 m far from the villa. There is a popular and well-marked mountain trail just above the property that will keep you in shape There are two covered parking places and the property is fenced. Our neighborhood is very friendly and quiet and you have the opportunity to buy local food, goat's milk, eggs, seasonal vegetables, fruit, and wine. All those hosts can provide for the guests at their request (not included).
The famous town Split area (19km from Falcon House) is the perfect place to visit. You are located in the center of Dalmacija, and able to easily visit Split (25min), small-town Omiš (half-hour) with Cetina river (half-hour) that offers lots of activities like rafting, zip-line, canoeing, and boat tours, then Krka waterfalls (1,5h), beautiful town Trogir (30 min) or to visit the nearest island Brač for a one-day tour, or just enjoy at this property and all it offers far from the city fuss.
