Description

Our holiday home is equipped with three bedrooms. There are two beds in each bedroom. All beds have a size of 90 x 200 cm. In the lower bedroom there is a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. A children's travel bed is also available. A bathroom with toilet and shower and another toilet are in the house. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, cooking utensils, spices, crockery and dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge-freezer is at your disposal. There is room for six people in the dining area. A children's high chair is also available. Radio with CD player, flat screen TV (German TV, télévision française, nederlandse televisie, english tv), DVD player as well as books, games, CDs and DVDs can be used for information or socialising. A washing machine with dryer is located in the annex. A wood-burning stove provides pleasant warmth in addition to the heating during the cold season. Available firewood may be used free of charge. Of course, internet access can be used free of charge. A parking space is reserved for you. In the garden you will find a garden table with six garden chairs and a parasol. There is also an XL beach chair.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is located in a small holiday park in Bredene. Our guests do not need to drive to the park because we are located on the edge of the holiday park with about 10 other houses. The property is about 450 square metres. Cycling, swimming, sun and sea all speak for the charming Belgian North Sea coast. A children's playground about 100 metres from the house and a heated outdoor swimming pool (only in the summer months) are available for free use. The house is about 700 metres from the natural dunes. A wide sandy beach will invite you for kilometre-long walks - for children and adults, a day at the beach of Bredene is simply unforgettable

In the immediate vicinity of our holiday park is a nature reserve with wild horses and adjacent fields and meadows. Here you can also buy fresh produce from the local farmers. You will also find a shopping street - about 3 km long - which invites you to stroll and shop. In Vosseslag ( 2.5 km away ) you can also play golf in the natural dunes

Bredene is situated between the towns of De Haan and Ostend. These are both about 4 km away from Bredene. Ostend is a great shopping town that offers many leisure activities in addition to a historic harbour and an extensive beach promenade. Even if the weather is not so nice, De Haan is a beautiful little town with many Art Nouveau buildings that is definitely worth a visit. Both towns are easy to reach on foot, by bike or by tram. Blankenberge is also easy to reach by tram and well suited for an excursion.

In addition, Bruges, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is about 19 km away and easy to reach by bike. A must for every visitor to the Belgian North Sea.

Highly recommended

We spent a few wonderful days in Bredene. The cozy holiday home, furnished in bright colors, is very well equipped. The guest toilet was newly renovated before our stay.
We particularly enjoyed the covered, sheltered terrace with the cozy beach chair.
The beautiful beach invites long walks for hours.
Especially noteworthy is the nice contact with the landlord, who always had an open ear for our questions and concerns. We can only recommend this vacation home and would be very happy to return.

Beautiful holiday home

10 days of North Sea vacation in beautiful late summer weather. The house is very well equipped. Nothing is lacking in the kitchen. The satellite TV is entirely oriented towards Germany, and the operation is well explained. The descriptions of all other facilities are also thoroughly documented. Especially nice is a "Bollerwagen" for transporting luggage to the somewhat distant parking lot and for transporting all items to the beach. We also liked that there was a grill and the covered terrace for longer evenings outside. We can only recommend this beautiful little house.

Wie zu Hause

We felt completely comfortable. In contrast to a vacation home in a soulless park where every house is the same, this private vacation home has a soul and character. The amenities leave nothing to be desired, and the house has been furnished with great attention to detail. I wish the owners many more nice guests who, like us, will hopefully fall in love with this gem.

Holiday vacation on the coast

Very nice cozy holiday home! The kitchen is well equipped with many spices, a large refrigerator (with freezer compartment) and a dishwasher. The living room is very cozy and the adjacent terrace is great because you can also go outside when it's raining. There are also many options in the area for both good and bad weather. Trips to the beach, Bruges or Ostend are easily accessible with the coastal tram. In case of bad weather, you can watch a movie from the collection that is available or use the board games. Occasionally, there are small things that are slightly damaged due to continuous use, but these are immediately and effectively repaired. In addition, it is nice to use the bikes for short trips or to go to the bakery.

Excellent communication, perfect house

In advance and during the stay, the communication with the landlords worked very well. Since the weather was not perfect for a beach vacation, Mr. Reimers sent us tips for a rainy day program. The house leaves nothing to be desired: the furnishings are high quality, the equipment meets all requirements and the garden with the covered terrace invites you to linger. The communal pool was the favorite place of our granddaughters, here they could splash, swim and play under supervision. The beach chair in the garden is perfect for contemplative moments. We will definitely come back.

A tastefully furnished holiday home in a beautiful location

A cosy, small fisherman's house, but sufficient for 4 adults and 2 children. The terrace and the garden were inviting to stay and play. There was everything you needed in terms of household appliances and furniture (e.g. high chair).
And the communication with the landlord was just as friendly and uncomplicated.
So, highly recommended by us!

Secret Hideaway

This is what I call a very well equipped holiday home. It is close to the beach - easy to reach on foot - and a peaceful place even out of season. The beach is just great - nice soft sand, loooong beach walks and even a beach walk to De Haan is easy. The weather was perfect. Sunny and warm all day/every day. De Haan is worth a visit: sophisticated charm. Discovered a great shop: Eat & Shop. When the sea calls again, we'll go back!!!

a fantastic week at the sea

We really enjoyed this house! It is very well equipped, especially in the details: neat pots and kitchen gadgets for example, that are not just for show, but that you can actually use. A beach wagon, beach chair, and especially the bicycles. . . that's fantastic! There is also a television, but we didn't test it. A great environment where you could stay longer and discover a lot. Another plus point: Although the house is located in a large complex, you still have peace and the beach is close by!

Lovely holiday cottage within walking distance to the beach.

The beautifully located holiday home with a great garden is within walking distance to the beach in a small quiet park. Well-equipped and in a well-maintained condition. Lovely comfortable beach chair in the garden.

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for a vacation. In the bedrooms and bathroom, mosquito screens are available.

Great holiday home with feel-good factor

The house is very pleasant, comfortable, and very functional. The children have space to play.
The well-oriented south-facing garden is peaceful (almost no overlooking), beautifully maintained, and hosts birds.
The house matches the description in the ad. The owner is responsive and efficient. A large dishwasher and a large freezer are very practical. As active grandparents, we spent a pleasant Easter week with our 2 grandchildren (4 and 8 years old) away from the hustle and bustle of the crowd. In case of any concerns, Mr. Noel is available.

We had a wonderful holiday in this great house, very well equipped, well-organized, with a beautiful and large garden. The house was clean and well-located, close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The best part was the open fire. So nice when coming back from a chilly day at the sea.

Everything is great!

We felt very comfortable in this beautifully furnished house! We enjoyed the fireplace at this time of year. The 3 bedrooms were ideal for our grandpa-grandma-daughter-grandchild combo. The beach is also easily accessible on foot for younger children. A nice playground is nearby (not on the holiday home grounds!). Having access to bicycles and a handcart is also a great advantage.

Holiday in the green at the Belgian North Sea coast

If you are looking for peace, relaxation in the green countryside, and proximity to the beach, this high-quality furnished holiday home is just right for you. The equipment is very clean and well-maintained. Everything needed for cooking is available, including a plentiful selection of spices. The garden is beautifully landscaped and invites you to linger. Whether it's for a cozy meal – a large table and 6 chairs are available; or to quietly read a book – a comfortable beach chair is provided for that purpose. Bicycles are available for excursions in the area or into Bredene itself. The kilometer-long sandy beach can be reached by bike in 5 min. Highly recommended is a ride on the coastal tram, which has a stop directly in front of the beach. There, you can store the bikes and travel the entire coast for a small fee. The contact with the landlord is uncomplicated. Always reachable and very accommodating. The house is located with the garden side on the edge of the forest, so that no traffic can be heard. All in all: highly recommended. We wish you a pleasant holiday.

Wonderful holiday home for family vacation.

We, a family with two boys aged 10 and 13, had very relaxing days in this beautiful holiday home. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, the way to the beach is very close, and with the bicycles provided, you can go on many cycling tours. The highlight is the beach chair in the garden, where you can sit and relax wonderfully.

Communication with the landlords is easy and uncomplicated. If there are any problems, the caretaker is sent for repairs immediately. We can highly recommend the house.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus

We had a very nice stay with the five of us: The house is large enough so that even with five (almost) adults, there is enough space, the kitchen and garden are well equipped (a wide range of dishes, pots, and cutlery, a beautiful beach chair, a large, stable garden table with umbrella, etc.). The location is ideal: close to the beautiful, guarded sandy beach and shopping facilities, easily accessible by the coastal railway to Ostend and other coastal towns without a car, the village and area can be explored very well with the four bicycles provided. Contact with the landlords is uncomplicated. Overall, we had a very relaxing and eventful vacation!

Great holiday home with top-notch facilities.

We stayed in this house for the second time in July, this time with 4 adults and 2 toddlers. There was really nothing missing, even a small DVD collection and board games are available. The location of the house is also perfect. It is on the edge of a quiet holiday park right next to a small forest. The week was pure relaxation for us. We would love to come back very much.

Beautiful vacation!

We were six of us (4 adults and 2 children) at the Belgian North Sea. The house far exceeded our expectations. One can tell that the landlord values good equipment. Everything was very clean, and the garden is beautiful.

The weather was great. We went to the beach every day, which is easily accessible on foot, even with a lot of luggage (kids) thanks to the provided cart. The bikes are excellent... better than ours at home ;-)

We will definitely come back!

Bestens ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

We have visited Bredene several times before, but this was the first time we chose this holiday home.

The house is in very good condition and we lacked nothing. The best part was the kitchen equipment - finally sharp knives in a holiday home and a spice selection like at home.

Thank you for the wonderful vacation, we will gladly come back!
