6-person house in Bredene on the Belgian coast, holiday park "Zeebos", 100m² living space, 3 bedrooms (one room with double bed, one room with 2 single beds, one room with large sofa bed), bathroom with shower
Approx. 1 km to the sandy beach, large fenced garden, winter garden, fireplace, beach chair, two TV sets (German channels), awning, in July & August use of the heated outdoor pool in the park
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, iron, coffee machine, electric table oven.
Use of trolley and various beach and board games possible, four adult bicycles, parking space directly in front of the house.
Many excursion destinations nearby, e.g. approx. 20 km to Bruges, hiking and jogging trails nearby, recreational area "Grasduinen" (large playground, football, basketball, tennis and beach volleyball court)
Minimum rental period: 7 nights in the holidays, otherwise 3 nights
Please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Pets are not allowed, non-smoking property, it is not rented to groups of young people.

Beautiful house in a beautiful environment.
Beautiful house in a quiet location in a small holiday park including a pool.
There is a very large garden where you can play the existing games such as boules or Viking chess.
The size of the house is more than sufficient for 5 people and you can also give each other space.
The renovated new bathrooms with spacious shower including rain shower and the presence of an additional guest toilet are great.
The use of the washing machine saves some luggage.
Many other additional services such as the use of a gas grill, handcart, bicycles, board games, garden games, etc. make the stay very pleasant.
The communication with the landlord was very accommodating and very kind, and he always took care of the well-being of us tenants.
For our children, it is clear that we will come back.

Very beautiful house
In July 2023, we spent 10 wonderful days at the Huintjes family's house. The accommodation is very well maintained, comfortably furnished, quiet, and very well equipped (especially the kitchen). There is a great garden, 4 good bikes, plenty of indoor and outdoor games, and a television with German-language programs in case you want to do nothing at all. The beautiful, wide beach is easily accessible on foot (or by bike), as is the shopping/promenade street (both about 1 km away from the accommodation). The holiday park to which the accommodation belongs also has a guarded pool (very convenient if you don't feel like going to the sea to refresh yourself after a city tour). Shopping can be done very well at Aldi or Spar (about 5-6 km away).
I can recommend the cities of Ghent, Bruges, and the North Wall as destinations. It should be noted that Ghent, Antwerp, etc. have an environmental zone and you have to register your vehicle in advance (can be done online in Germany, the registration is valid for a long time). The contact with the landlord was also very good. Mr. Huintjes is an attentive host who is always very concerned about the well-being of his guests. I highly recommend this beautiful holiday home. P.S. For those traveling with teenagers, I recommend considering sufficient mobile data volume, as there is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation.

Es gibt einen sehr großen Garten, in dem man die vorhandenen Spiele wie Boule oder Wikingerschach super spielen kann.
Auch die Größe des Hauses ist für 5 Personen mehr als ausreichend und man kann sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen.
Toll sind die renovierten neuen Bäder mit großzügiger Dusche inkl. Regenarmatur und das Vorhandensein eines zusätzlichen Gäste-WCs
Die Nutzung der Waschmaschine erspart das ein oder andere Gepäck.
Viele sonstige Zusatzleistungen wie die Nutzung eines Gasgrills, Bollerwagen, Fahrräder, Gesellschaftsspiele, Gartenspiele, usw. machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett und er kümmerte sich stets um das Wohlbefinden von uns Mietern.
Für unsere Kinder ist klar, dass wir wiederkommen werden.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, gemütlich eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche). Es gibt einen tollen Garten, 4 gute Fahrräder, jede Menge Spiele für Innen und Aussen und einen Fernseher mit deutschsprachigen Programmen, falls man mal gar nichts tun möchte. Der schöne, breite Strand ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen (oder mit dem Fahrrad), ebenso die Einkaufs/Bummelstrasse (beides ca. 1km vn der Unterkunft entfernt). In dem Ferienpark, zu dem die Unterkunft gehört, befindet sich auch ein Pool, der bewacht wird (sehr praktisch, wenn man nach einer Stadttour keine Lust mehr hat zum Meer zu gehen, um sich zu erfrischen).
Einkaufen kann man sehr gut bei Aldi oder Spar (ca.5-6 km entfernt).
Als Ausflugsziele kann ich die Städte Gent, Brügge und den Nordwall empfehlen. Man sollte daran denken, dass Gent, Antwerpen usw. eine Umweltzone haben und man sein Fahrzeug vorher anmelden muss(kann man in Deutschland online machen, die Anmeldung ist sehr lange gültig).
Der Kontakt zum Hausherrn war auch sehr gut. Herr Huintjes ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der stets sehr auf das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste bedacht ist. Ich kann dieses schöne Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen.
P.S. allen, die mit Teenagern verreisen, kann ich empfehlen, evtl. an ausreichend mobil Datenvolumen denken, es gibt nämlich kein WLAN in der Unterkunft.
