Description
Our cosy holiday home with fenced garden and directly adjacent car park awaits you near the beach in beautiful Bredene.
The south-facing garden with garden furniture and barbecue is fenced all around.
On the ground floor there is a hall, kitchen, dining and living area (SAT flat screen TV), 1 bedroom with double bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m, bathroom with WC and bathtub (and hairdryer) and another separate WC.
On the upper floor there are 2 more closed bedrooms. One with 1 double bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m, the second with a pull-out youth bed.
In the annexe there is a washing machine (detergent available) and a tumble dryer at our guests' disposal (ironing board and iron as well). Here you will also find beach tents (pop-up with sun protection factor) and beach chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher, coffee and coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, raclette, Thermomix, waffle iron and other extensive kitchen accessories. Feel free to help yourself to the washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, spices, napkins, etc. provided.
A foldable trolley is available for shopping or trips to the beach.
The use of the in-house fast WLAN is free of charge for our guests.
The Zeebos holiday park has a small heated outdoor swimming pool (open during the high season).
Restaurants, bistros and cafés are within walking distance.
The nearest bakery for breakfast rolls is about 400 m away. Supermarkets such as Colruyt, Aldi, Lidl, Albert Heijn or Delhaize are located at a distance of 2-3 km in the hinterland or along the shopping street.
As we are a non-smoking household and out of consideration for the following guests, we ask for your understanding that smoking is not allowed in the house!
We have duly registered our holiday home with the Belgian state "Toerisme Vlaanderen" and meet all the requirements regarding the Covid-19 regulations.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the well-kept, quiet holiday complex "Zeebos" at a distance of only about 600 m from the beach and the dunes.
The village of Bredene is characterised by its wide, unspoilt dune landscape along the beach.
The entire coast from De Panne to Knokke can be explored inexpensively with the coastal tram.
For nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, the nearby 9-hectare "Grasduinen" recreation area is also a great change from the beach.
Accessible and free of charge, the terrain offers a mountain bike course, cycling and hiking trails, sports fields (beach volleyball, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, basketball and football), Fit-o-Meter, a large lake, playground equipment for children and a building with sanitary facilities. For skaters, there is a great skate park in Merelstraat.
For those interested in culture or shopping day trips, the Flemish cities of Bruges, Antwerp, Ghent, Ostend - or even the national capital Brussels - are always worth a trip.

Bredene, immer eine Reise wert.
Vier wundervolle Tage durften wir in dem wunderschönen kleinen Ferienhäuschen verbringen. Die Einrichtung war sehr schön. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Selten so eine saubere Unterkunft vorgefunden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im Dünenhaus. Schon die Kommunikation vorab war freundlich, unkompliziert und sehr aufmerksam, so dass wir nicht einmal ein Babybett und eine Wanne mitnehmen mussten. Das Haus selber ist sehr gemütlich und man findet alles was man braucht. Wir hatten eine ruhige und angenehme Zeit, die Kinder konnten im Garten spielen und zum Strand war es zu Fuß auch nicht weit. In Bredene selbst fanden sich alle benötigten Geschäfte. Die Nähe zu Brügge und De Haan lud zu einigen schönen Ausflügen ein. Wir können das Dünenhaus und vor allem die Vermieter vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

Tolles Haus
Wir können dieses Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Es ist sehr sauber, hell ,freundlich und sehr schön eingerichtet .Der Urlaub fing schon sofort beim Betreten des Hauses an. Unsere Hunde und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen garantiert wieder. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war perfekt und sehr angenehm.

Traumurlaub
Unser Urlaub in Bredene war rundum gelungen. Das Ferienhaus liegt versteckt in einer ruhigen Anlage, die gut zu erreichen ist und von der aus alles gut erreicht werden kann. Den beaufsichtigten Gemeinschaftspool haben wir oft und gerne genutzt. Im Ferienhaus ist alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Die hauseigenen Fahrräder haben uns gute Dienste geleistet und uns so einige Kilometer getragen. Der Strand in Bredene ist wunderschön.
Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und haben alle unsere Frage schnell und geduldig beantwortet und sich wirklich gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke.

We, a small family with two now grown-up daughters, have always enjoyed spending our holidays on the Belgian coast. Over the years, Bredene has become our favourite place on the North Sea. However, the very well-equipped holiday homes were often booked up quickly. For the past 4 years, two furry noses from the animal rescue have also been part of our family, so that the choice of accommodation that met our requirements in terms of location and facilities was further reduced. So now we have fulfilled our dream of having our own little domicile close to the beach and dunes. We hope that you will also experience wonderful and relaxing holidays there!
