Description
You will find our cozy holiday home near the beach in beautiful Bredene, with a fully fenced, south-facing garden and directly adjoining parking space.
On the ground floor there are a hallway, kitchen, dining and living area (satellite flat-screen TV, internet-enabled), 1 bedroom with double bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m, bathroom with toilet and shower (and hairdryer), as well as another separate toilet. On the upper floor there are 2 additional separate bedrooms – one with a double bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m and the second with a youth bed that can be extended to double bed size 1.60 x 2 m.
All bedrooms have blackout blinds on the windows.
In the annex, our guests have access to a washing machine and dryer. Here you will also find beach tents (pop-up with sun protection factor) and beach chairs. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and coffee pad machine, toaster, kettle, waffle iron, and other extensive kitchen accessories.
A foldable handcart is available for shopping or trips to the beach. A travel cot and high chair are ready for little guests.
Use of the fast in-house Wi-Fi is free of charge for our guests.
Restaurants, bistros, and cafés are within walking distance. The nearest bakery for breakfast rolls is about 400 m away. Supermarkets such as Colruyt, Aldi, Lidl, Albert Heijn, or Delhaize are located 2-3 km away inland or along Kapelstraat.
As we are a non-smoking household and out of consideration for future guests, we ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted in the house!

The holiday home is located in the well-kept, quiet holiday complex "Zeebos", only about 600 m from the beach and the dunes.
The coastal town of Bredene is distinguished by its unique dune landscape along the beautiful sandy beach, which is unique for the Belgian coast.
With Ostende and De Haan, the neighboring coastal towns and cities invite you to spend time on the beach promenade or in the shopping streets. Bruges, the capital of West Flanders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is another highlight nearby.
Just 2 km away is the newly built water park LAGO Bredene Grasduinen.
For nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, the nearby 9-hectare recreation area "Grasduinen" also offers a change from the beach. Free to access and free to use, the area offers a mountain bike course, cycling and hiking trails, sports fields (beach volleyball, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, basketball, and football), a fitness trail, a large lake, playground equipment for children, and a building with sanitary facilities. For skaters, there is a great skate park on Merelstraat. For those interested in culture or shopping day trips, the Flemish cities of Bruges, Antwerp, Ghent, Ostend – or even the capital city Brussels – are always worth an excursion.

Simply a feel-good oasis
House lovingly furnished, with everything it needs. The landlord cares about the well-being of their guests.

Great week in Bredene
We spent a wonderful family vacation with our dog in this holiday home. The holiday home was very clean and very well equipped. We felt at home right away. The proximity to the beach is great.
We also thank you again for the accommodation regarding the rebooking. The contact with the landlord was very warm from the beginning and everything went smoothly.

Super cozy accommodation
We were allowed to spend two weeks of vacation with child and dog in a very cozy holiday home.
We lacked nothing and felt completely comfortable.
The warm contact with the landlord before and during our stay was also very pleasant.

Beautiful holiday home
We stayed for a week with our two dogs in the beautiful holiday home in Bredene. The house is completely fenced in, and the town and beach are within walking distance. The property is very quiet. The associated parking lot was right next to it. Everything was clean and very well-equipped, the beds very comfortable. The loving details also made the house something special. Our dogs really enjoyed it; they mostly lay in the garden in the sun. We had very nice and warm contact with the landlady, Ms. Thissen. We can recommend the house 100%!

Super great accommodation
We spent our vacation with two small dogs in Mrs. Thissen's holiday home and all four of us felt comfortable right away. It is a very clean accommodation where nothing is missing. The arrangements before and after were uncomplicated because the landlord is a very, very pleasant and nice woman. We can only recommend this accommodation and would love to come back at any time. We, a small family with two now grown-up daughters, have always enjoyed spending our holidays on the Belgian coast. Over the years, Bredene has become our favourite place on the North Sea. However, the very well-equipped holiday homes were often booked up quickly. For the past 4 years, two furry noses from the animal rescue have also been part of our family, so that the choice of accommodation that met our requirements in terms of location and facilities was further reduced. So now we have fulfilled our dream of having our own little domicile close to the beach and dunes. We hope that you will also experience wonderful and relaxing holidays there!
