Description
Our holiday home is equipped with three bedrooms. In two bedrooms there is a double bed in a size of 160 x 200 cm each. In one bedroom there are two beds with a size of 90 x 200 cm. A bathroom with a large shower and a toilet are located in the house. A fully equipped kitchen with oven (incl. microwave), induction hob, cooking utensils, spices, crockery and dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster as well as refrigerator is at your disposal. There is room for six people in the dining area. The TV offers German SAT-TV and cable TV (German tv, télévision française, nederlandse televisie, english tv). A fully automatic pellet stove provides soothing warmth. Of course, internet access is available free of charge. A parking space directly at the house is reserved for you. The terrace of the house is covered. An electric awning protects you from direct sunlight. There is a garden table with six chairs on the terrace.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a small holiday park in Bredene. Our guests can park their car directly at the garden of the house. The property is approx. 195 sqm. Cycling, swimming, sun and sea speak for the charming Belgian North Sea coast. A children's playground about 30 metres from the house and a heated outdoor swimming pool (only in the summer months) are available for free use. The house is about 700 metres from the natural dunes. A wide sandy beach will invite you for kilometre-long walks - for children and adults, a day at the beach of Bredene is simply unforgettable
In the immediate vicinity of our holiday park is a nature reserve with wild horses and adjacent fields and meadows. Here you can also buy fresh produce from the local farmers. You will also find a shopping street - about 3 km long - which invites you to stroll and shop. In Vosseslag ( 2.5 km away ) you can also play golf in the natural dunes
Bredene is situated between the towns of De Haan and Ostend. These are both about 4 km away from Bredene. Ostend is a great shopping town that offers many leisure activities in addition to a historic harbour and an extensive beach promenade. Even if the weather is not so nice, De Haan is a beautiful little town with many Art Nouveau buildings that is definitely worth a visit. Both towns are easy to reach on foot, by bike or by tram. Blankenberge is also easy to reach by tram and well suited for an excursion.
In addition, Bruges, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is about 19 km away and easy to reach by bike. A must for every visitor to the Belgian North Sea.

Schöne Unterkunft
Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub in dieser top ausgestatteten Unterkunft. Es ist etwas hellhörig. Die Lage ist ruhig aber strandnah. Toll auch für einen Ausflug nach Brügge.

Beautiful autumn holiday in Bredene
At the end of October, we spent a few relaxing days in this beautiful holiday home as a family with one child.
The contact with the landlord beforehand was very friendly, uncomplicated and pleasant.
The house itself is excellently equipped, but the great kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired, deserves special mention. The pellet stove spreads cosy warmth and the covered terrace is another highlight of the accommodation. All in all, compared to other houses in the holiday complex, the furnishings are of a high standard. Apart from a few cobwebs, the house was also very clean.
We can unreservedly recommend this accommodation and would be happy to come back again!

It doesn't get any better than this on the Belgian coast
We have already spent our holidays in many beautiful accommodations, but this beautiful holiday home really impressed us. We travelled as a family with one child. The location in Bredene is beautiful. It is one of the few stretches of beach on the Belgian coast that is not built up with multi-storey residential bunkers. The beach is a 7-minute walk away. The highlight for our son, however, was being able to walk to the beach in his own trolley, with which he could comfortably transport all the beach equipment to the sea. In general, the house is very child-friendly, with an optional stair gate and high chair.
The furnishings are really above average and of high quality for such a holiday home. The kitchen is a dream. The pellet stove creates a cosy atmosphere and the terrace with its great illuminated roofing and awning can be used in virtually any weather.
The contact with the landlord was excellent. Even a small special request on our part was responded to immediately and courteously. I can really recommend this accommodation to everyone. And if we were to go to the Belgian coast again, this would also be our first port of call.

Toller Urlaub!!
Uns hat das Haus super gut gefallen. Besonders hilfreich war, dass vieles an Kleinigkeiten einfach da waren. Also auch so Sachen wie Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl, Kaffeefilter, Spülmittel, etc.
Gefreut haben wir uns auch darüber, dass ein Bollerwagen da war. Mit Kindern ist das super und wir mussten keinen im Auto mitnehmen.
Die Strecke zum Strand ist mit Kindern gut zu laufen. Es ist nicht weit zum Bäcker und die Restaurantempfehlungen „Brasserie Duinenhoeven“ im Zeewind-Park II war richtig klasse! Hier konnten die Kinder nebenbei auf dem Spielplatz spielen. Tip: in den Ferien am besten reservieren.
Zum Haus: Internet hat super geklappt, wir konnten meistens draußen essen, weil es die Überdachung und Markise gibt und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Aber auch gar nix zu meckern!!!
Wir waren zu dritt in diesem sehr hochwertig ausgestatteten, sehr sauberem Haus. Sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner sind da, Bollerwagen zum Transport von Sachen zum 1km entfernt gelegenen Strand usw. Es ist einfach alles was man zu einem Wohlfühlurlaub braucht da. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war stets sehr freundlich und direkt. Wir empfehlen das Haus absolut weiter und würden wenn nach Bredene dorthin sehr gerne wiederkommen!!!

Super Ferienhaus
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wirklich blitzsauber, auch die moderne Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Ganz besonders hat uns die große überdachte Terrasse gefallen, da wir gerne viel Zeit draußen verbringen.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist hervorragend und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus auch mit kleinen Kindern
Hatten in diesem Ferienhaus einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, vor allem die Küche ist sehr schön und wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Zudem besitz der Garten eine große Terrasse mit Überdachung und Markise. Im Nebenraum ist zudem eine Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Zudem ist die Lage in einer ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung mit kleinen Spielplatz sehr gut. Da Strandnah, Straßenbahnhaltestelle in der Nähe und mit den breiten Fahrradwegen gut angebunden. So dass auf das Auto sehr gut verzichtet werden kann. Mehrere Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zwei Bäcker sind zudem auch in der Nähe. Sogar die Nachbarorte wie Oostende können so gut ohne Auto erreicht werden.

Tolle Unterkunft mit unvergesslichem Urlaub vor allem für die Kinder
Wir hatten eine Woche Urlaub in einer sauberen und gepflegten Unterkunft mit einer modernen Küche und einer tollen Terrasse, die vor allem abends durch tolle Lichteinstellungen zum Verweilen einlud. Unsere Kinder konnten wir beruhigt im eingezäunten nicht einsehbaren Garten spielen lassen. Wir hatten ein Reisebettchen dabei, welches wir problemlos in jedes der drei Schlafzimmer hätten hineinstellen können. Sogar ein Hochstuhl und ein Schutzgitter wurden noch vor unserer Ankunft nachgerüstet (Nochmal vielen Dank dafür :-)). Besonders toll fanden wir, dass einige Gewürze, Kindergeschirr, Backpapier / Alu- Frischhaltefolie vorhanden waren, was wir bisher in unseren früheren Unterkünften nicht hatten. Alles wurde liebevoll maritim dekoriert und durchdacht eingerichtet. Mit dem Bollerwagen (es war bereits einer im Anbau vorhanden) sind wir jeden Tag knapp 8 Minuten im gemütlichen Tempo zum Strand gegangen. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit erlebt, können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen und kommen wieder!!!

Very nice home with good amenities
The home is relatively well located, supermarket like 2-3 km and beach was 15 min walk. The place is renovated but with superb quality. The landlord was fast responsive when the hot water was malfunctioning but all sorted out in a timely manner. The only negative is the lack of freezer in the refrigerator, for a beach house this is not good.

Sehr schönes Haus
Alles sehr gut. Wir waren teilweise mit 6 Personen dort.
Die Küche und die anderen Zimmer waren Top.
Auch die Anlage ist sehr schön.
Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist wesentlich besser als in den Niederlanden.
Aus Flüge nach Ostende, Brügge oder de Haan sind auch zu empfehlen.
Der Strand ist gut zu erreichen.
