This detached private villa is situated on a secluded, sqm private plot in a wonderful panoramic location in the villa area La Sella near Denia. Enjoy the quiet location and the beautiful view of the coast of Denia. Relax at the 4 x 8 metre private pool under palm trees. Four sun loungers and two seating groups are ready for you. A brick barbecue grill invites you to cosy barbecue evenings by the illuminated pool, with a romantic view of the sea of lights of Denia.
You will also be impressed by the view of the beautiful greenery of the La Sella golf course.
In the 110 sqm villa, two air-conditioned double bedrooms and two bathrooms await you. In the living-dining room, too, air conditioning ensures pleasant room temperatures on warm summer days. For the cooler season there is central heating, a fireplace (wood) and a sauna (on request). Fly screens and roller shutters are fitted to the windows of the villa.
The living-dining room is equipped with an internet connection via WLAN, air conditioning and a large flat-screen TV with German SAT reception. The kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, sink, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils has a small breakfast bar to the living room. The adjacent laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, one in a size of 150 x 200 cm and the second with a 150 x 200 cm double bed and a SAT-TV.
Air conditioning is also provided for you in both bedrooms. Roller shutters and fly screens are fitted to the windows.
Of the two bathrooms, one has a shower, washbasin and WC, the other a bathtub, washbasin and WC.
You can park your car inside the property in the locked parking space. The property is closed off from the street. In the winter months, the sauna in the basement can also be offered for a fee. A travel cot and a buggy are available. Shopping facilities, restaurants, tennis centre, squash and horse riding facilities are within 1 km. The La Sella golf course is nearby.
