Enjoy your holiday in a central, quiet location, right in the heart of the Baltic Sea spa Zingst. The 26-kilometre-long dream beach is only 500 m away, and you can also reach the harbour on the Bodden or the promenade with shopping opportunities of all kinds and the spa centre in 5-10 minutes on foot.
The lovingly and comfortably furnished non-smoking holiday home, which was completed in spring 2014, has a living space of approx. 107 m². There is enough space for up to 8 adults and a small child. Underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove provide a cosy feeling. The entire holiday home is equipped with insect screens, the bedrooms are additionally equipped with blackout options.
In all bedrooms you will find modern satellite TVs (some with DVD players), in the living area a large smart TV and a stereo system with DVD player. Fast internet access is available via WLAN.
The modern kitchen offers all imaginable comforts such as an oven with grill, ceramic hob, large fridge, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, quiet dishwasher, toaster etc..
In total, there are four bedrooms at your disposal. Two are equipped with double beds, the other two with 2 single beds each.
The bathroom on the ground floor invites you to relax in the sauna on cool days. The bathroom on the upper floor also has a bathtub.
In the utility room there is a washing machine as well as ironing and cleaning utensils.
For the little guests, there are two travel cots, two high chairs, children's tableware, two washbasin stools, a small play table with chairs, books, games and DVDs.
On the approx. 300 m² property, you have a spacious south-facing terrace with garden furniture, beach chair, parasol and barbecue, as well as your own fenced garden. Two parking spaces are located directly at the entrance to the house. Your bicycles, beach gear and prams can be safely stored in the garden house. A trolley is also available for you there.

Cancellation terms:

In the event of withdrawal less than 45 days before arrival, the tenant is obliged to pay compensation. The amount of compensation is equal to the full rental price. The amount of compensation is reduced to the extent that the holiday property can be re-rented. If the holiday property can be fully re-rented, only a processing fee of €50 will be charged.
