Description
The holiday home has a view of Lake Velen, which is 80 meters away. Pure natural location. On the ground floor there are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a combined living/kitchen area with soapstone stove, dining area, and an additional veranda area. Large terrace area, dogs allowed on request. Bed linen and towels must be brought. Wood for the soapstone stove can be purchased for a fee or organized by yourself.

A paradise for nature lovers, fishing in the lake possible, mushrooms and berries can be found in abundance in the adjacent forest, many other lakes with swimming opportunities in the nearby area – riding opportunities in the neighborhood, hiking, canoeing, and cycling are easily possible in the surroundings. German TV programs via satellite – final cleaning can be done by yourself or arranged for a fee. Additional costs such as water, garbage, Wi-Fi, and electricity are included in the rental price within normal use.

Perfect for us!
We spent two weeks in June at House Falla 34 and had a quiet and relaxing vacation. The house is very nicely furnished and was very clean upon takeover. Especially the mosquito screens throughout the house were great! The terrace with the view of the lake and the surrounding pines was very nice. The lake Velen was also lovely, but unfortunately, it kept its fish to itself. From the house, you can also immediately take walks in the forest located behind it. Our Gordon Setter lady Jule also enjoyed it very much.
Many thanks to the Wöhler family for the nice contact via email, phone, and in person.
We would like to come back but will change the area every year.

Great accommodation = Super vacation
Thank you very much in advance to the Wöhler family for the great accommodation and the shed filled with firewood. The house is a bit older, but it offers everything you need for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The quiet, almost secluded location at this time of year (only one of the few other holiday homes in sufficient distance was occupied) is perfect for relaxing, and yet you can reach the nearest village with a gas station, several supermarkets (Koop, ICA, and Hemköp), and some other shops in 15 minutes. And as every Sweden fan knows, the nature here is absolutely amazing..... There were still plenty of mushrooms and berries, plenty of sunshine (and of course, some rain typical for Sweden), and pure relaxation.
Thanks again to the Wöhler family and to Sweden.....

Perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet.
We stayed for a week with 2 people and 2 dogs in the accommodation Falla 34. The location is perfect if you are looking for peace and seclusion. Only one of the other houses is permanently inhabited. Another one belongs to the rental by Mr. Wöhler.
This house is the last one on the upper part, directly located in the forest, and yet you can still see the lake from the veranda, which is about 80m away.
However, if you want to go fishing, you should be prepared to visit another lake. Although fishing is possible in the adjacent lake, the success will be limited. Basically, you can only access the water for fishing from the jetty and then fish from there or from the boat. There are only paddles available at the house, an electric motor would have to be brought along.
In the surroundings, there are many opportunities for excursions to enjoy nature. We used the app Komoot every day, which suggested many hiking routes to us.
Overall, we would recommend this vacation home at any time.

Sensationally beautiful
The house is about 100 m from the lake and the forest starts directly behind it.
We got to know Elke and Uwe as lovely hosts and received many good tips. The lake was fantastic for swimming, a boat invites you to row, the lake has a good fish stock!
We have seldom been so grounded and deep as we were here. The house is well equipped and suitable for 4 adults. In Kisa (13km) you can shop and recycle, we didn't try any restaurants. We were here as a couple with our dog and enjoyed the wonderful nature, hiking, fishing, rowing, reading and relaxing! Thank you to the Wöhler family for this beautiful house in this beautiful spot in southern Sweden, we will be back

: Whoever seeks peace
We have spent 2 super nice weeks in this vacation home.
My husband and I were looking for peace and found it. The relaxation factor is guaranteed in this house and trips to the surrounding area are worthwhile and beautiful.
The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything.
The lake is very beautiful, suitable for swimming, but keeps the fish to itself ;•)
The conversation with the Wöhler family, from booking to departure, was very, very good!
We will remember this holiday home very well, recommend it with a clear conscience, and would love to come back!
